Review 1：Staff barely speaks English. Hotel itself is located in a very inconvenient spot. Only accessable from the eastbound lanes of I-74; and don't miss the turn! You'll have to hang a right and go through several residential neighborhoods to get back on eastbound I-74 and try again. The facilities are old and dirty and you can easily tell that some guests LIVE at the hotel. The walls are also paper thin; I could hear my neighbors' conversations word for word. I travelled for business and purposely cancelled my meetings and shortend my stay because I was so uncomfortable at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Review 7：There isn't a pool or exercise room, it is right on the highway, it is older. The sink was leaking and we called and they didn't come up for an hour and a half so we called and told them not to; it was too late.

Review 13：The staff was very polite and accomodatable for my request. I ask to see the room first and it wasn't any problem to accommodate me. The bed was comfy. It also had a microwave and mini refrigerator in there. I would stay again.

Review 16：The air conditioner did not work well at all. It would come on, but would not cool the room. We had to go purchase a small fan to stay cool enough to sleep.
Review 17：Found a used needle in the nightstand and when bringing up to front desk clerk told me she couldn't prove that it was their before I checked in. Referring that it was mine. Never again will I stay at this piece of dump.

Review 19：There was a black sheet of film in the middle of the window...I guess it was for the morning sun. But the fact was that the curtains would not close all the way. There was a gap about the width of your hand. The space in the door jam that the lock bolt goes into was too big. A couple of good pushes and the door could be easily opened. And the bathroom floor had not been swept in awhile.
Review 20：There was no air conditioning. It was so hot during the day it was intolerable. The WIFI was so slow and sometimes wouldn't even connect. The elevators were shaky and sometimes didn't work when you pushed a button. The location wasn't convenient; you could only order chinese if you wanted delivery. The microwave plate did not spin.

Review 26：There's nothing that I didn't like about the hotel but on our last day there my husband was taking a shower and as he goes to turn it off the knob came off and water was blasting everywhere. Contacted management and they acted as if they could not understand what I was saying until another staff member heard the loud noise from the pressure of the water coming out. Other than that issue the hotel was ok

The hotel had an outdated look and smelled stale in areas. We had to switch rooms because the air didnt work in the first room. I was glad to come back home!
