Review 1：restaurant was closed no evening eating facilities, ( was informed was closed because of winter holiday) had to eat at Penta Hotel opposite, however breakfast restaurant open and Good Value

Review 5：Came early and had to pay extra €10 if I really wanted the room. No wifi available if you don't take the room despite the fact that I was waiting for it so no goodwill gesture. The restaurant was closed and it was not written when I booked. Same thing for the airport shuttle hours: only working a few hours per day so had to take a cab to go to the airport. Noise isolation quite bad. Breakfast really expensive for its quality, would expect a really good one for €14 which was not really the case... Could not leave my luggage there for 1-2 hours before leaving since the hotel was apparently closing. I should have take a room in a more expensive hotel since I would have had much better service and experience for the same price or maybe even less in the end!

Review 7：We were given a room with two single beds. These beds were the size of kids camping stretchers and not single beds for adults. It was very uncomfortable. You cannot turn as you are afraid of falling out of bed. The bathroom wall has blood stains. I requested to change room but apparently no room was available. Likely I was there of only one night.I don't think your rating reflect my experience with the place. I would rate it 2 and not 4.2.

Review 10：A good and efficient hotel. Clean and comfortable nothing more nothing less. Perfect in case you want an alternative for some of the overpriced hotels in the close neighbourhood.

Review 11：Checkin totally not efficient, ca. 20 minutes... No heating in the room, in Brussels end of October, it should be a must. No commercial gesture or apologize for that, at 166€ room only the night...

Review 16：Rooms are small and there are very little options for food for breakfast and dinner there is no lunch available. also there are not other options for food around the place so if you want to go you have to go to airport and get food also there is not option of transport only taxi which is very expansive

The fridge was quickly closed as it smelled of sour milk, this should have been our tip that this room had not been cleaned properly.

I had a taxi because of very early flight . If you the same do not order breakfast ! It is from 6:00am . The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is big enough for transit traveller ,very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet zone ! You can have a light dinner in the restaurant .

Review 49：It was several miles from the airport and the shuttle bus didn't run till 18.00 hours. That cost me 13 Euro in a taxi (way too far to walk). The WiFi didn't work. The restaurant was closed (Monday - Thursday only ?) and breakfast didn't start in the morning till 07.30 - long after the first flights started. Will try and find something closer and with better facilities next time.

Review 50：Warm room, bed was fine and the bathroom modern. The shuttle bus when it was running was bang on time.

Review 51：The last shuttle bus leaves at 09:15. The Continental breakfast is way overpriced at €21. They charge €12.50 to watch the TV by having a screen on view when the room is entered and prompting for the room number. The shower fitting fell apart and taking a bath instead was not pleasant because the water was cold. Staff showed no interest in dealing with any issues.

Review 53：No clean room, carpet was dirty, curtain from the bathroom had some blood spots. Broken air conditioner and very close to my bed. I couldn't sleep because of this. (Even if I shut it down, the conditioner was still blowing cold air) Problems with the staff. (I paid my room via booking + the breakfast, they wanted to charge me again for the breakfast) I had to pay in plus 20 euro for the free shuttle (even if I didn't use it).

Review 55：There was a washing machine or something like that making a lot of noise literally all night. Even earplugs couldn't do the job, so I was basically kept awake all night. Needless to stay that is very annoying, especially when you come in late and have only a few hours sleep before your flight. This shouldn't be possible in a hotel like this.

Review 65：Please note that the free shuttle for the airport only operates in the morning and the evening. If you arrive after 10 a.m. and before 6 p.m. the taxi will cost you min 25 Euros. This is a minimum charge as the distance is too short but not walkable. I arrived at 3 in the afternoon and chose this hotel because of the price and free shuttle. An extra 15 Euros does not break the bank but was an unexpected extra.

Review 75：We spet one night at Thon Hotel. We were made feel very welcome when met by Luke. He guided us on where to eat, looked up train details for us for the following morning when we were travelling to Ieper and then he showed us how to get to the local train station nearby. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We were waiting a while for the shuttle bus from the airport as we didn't realise, until we phoned, that the shuttle bus was shared with Holiday Inn. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Thon.

Review 76：Room was a bit noisy (near elevator), but we stayed only one night. Restaurant opened 18.00 pm. and there was no other food serving available. The male waitress didn,t speak at all, and his english were poor. But food was good!
