Review 1：The bathroom needed some update it was clean but shower drained slow and needed some repairs

Review 2：Easy to find. good signage on highway. Location felt secure we did not feel like we needed to unload our mt. Bikes and all our gear it was late very cold and we were beat!

Review 52：Our sink was completely clogged. The staff was notified, but they were not sure what to do or how to address the problem. We contribute this to poor training on manager's/owner's part. They did manage to unclog the sink although it still drained slow. Also, when we went to check out, the gentleman at the desk could not give us the final cost of our room with tax, nor could he produce any receipt. He claimed we would receive one from Booking.com. Is this true? The only paper I have is the one that was sent to me via email by you before our stay. I would still like a final receipt . Also, the grounds of the hotel were not kept up.
