Review 1：The bed was connected coil, so if my husband or I moved, the other person's sleep was impacted.

Review 12：The staff was great. Most especially the young man who fixed our tv connection and also told us about the shuttle service to The Spokane Arena for the concert we were there to attend. We otherwise wouldn't have been aware of it and he was very accommodating and fun to talk to!!

Rooms and bathrooms need a serious update.Shower head was like a pressure washer, couldn't adjust water flowtype. Bar closed at 10:00 on weekends. Didn't tell me parking was anadditional charge until checking out. Maid service came late in theafternoon.

I was kept awake intosmall hours of the morning while maintenance banged away on it and hadto continue a long road trip with about 3 hours sleep. There was also nodirectory for television programming - channel surfing was veryfrustrating as it seemed to be constant commercials trying to find whatwas being broadcast on each station. I gave up.

The location was perfect- just a short distance to the college and right downtown The service was fantastic and our room beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
