Review 10:A beautiful old building and very affordable price. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was outstanding.
Review 11:The towel bar was broken and sitting on top of the towels. Broke again when towel was placed on it. The night shade would not stay down when pulled for sleep. Had to weigh down with books. No ice or beverages available.
Review 12:The staff was great. Most especially the young man who fixed our tv connection and also told us about the shuttle service to The Spokane Arena for the concert we were there to attend. We otherwise wouldn't have been aware of it and he was very accommodating and fun to talk to!!
Review 13:Shower head is not meant for tall ppl. Rooms need a facelift.
Review 14:Great location, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful.
Review 15:The wi-fi was not working because of a phone system transition.

Review 18:-very close to the Knitting Factory venue -close to the freeway -shower was decent
Review 19:Loved the small, more intimate feel of the Spokane Club/Hotel and loved the idea of its original life as a "gentleman's club". Great location and wonderful athletic facilities -- rare to have a 25 yd pool when traveling. Staff were very helpful; rooms well appointed and clean
Review 20:location - parking is 2 blocks away, no valet service. Front desk useless, no breakfast with stay, room crowded, the bed so soft we rolled in.....GET NEW MATTRESSES!! and roomed dated....old furniture....and toilet dirty when we walked in...and envelope waiting for room gratuity??
Review 21:still waiting as can't think of anything

Review 23:Nothing!!!!
Review 24:Great staff so helpful! Beautiful clue ate in the dining room was so good the orange rolls oh my we loved them! Walked to most everything then had staff take us to great breakfast location. Room was nice.
Review 25:Bathrooms need to be updated and walls/doors are pretty thin , so noise can be an issue.
Review 26:Great location for Spokane attractions and access to good fitness club. Hotel has an old charm.
Review 27:Parking in a garage was an additional $10. Wait until after 7pm and street parking is free but limited. Wet bar was costly. Lots and lots of regulations attached to stating there. Traffic noises at night were loud.
Review 28:The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable. You could walk to some restaurants. There was some on street parking, later.
Review 29:Parking is a block away in an insecure garage.
Review 30:An odd place that asks you to dress "business casual" while in the building (but most seem to ignore this.) Hotel facility seems primarily to support the athletic club but takes hotel guests, presumably for extra revenue. Facilities are dated but fine. Location is great for walking in downtown and the Falls park areas.
Review 31:Parking too far away Rooms - old - need upgrade
Review 32:Location to downtown restaurant / bar Great Lobby Great Staff

Review 52:Classic decor and architecture, competitively priced. Clean, with top of the line coffee facilities in the room. Even used the ironing board. Resraurant cuisine and service was superb.

Review 55:Our stay at the Spokane club was wonderful from the moment we arrived on a rainy night and were warmly greeted by the desk attendant, to the wonderful meals we had, to the lovely room we retreated to and of course the beautiful facility its self. Would definately return.
Review 56:Beds were horrible. Changed rooms the first one was so bad. Secondbed/room not much better. Rooms and bathrooms need a serious update.Shower head was like a pressure washer, couldn't adjust water flowtype. Bar closed at 10:00 on weekends. Didn't tell me parking was anadditional charge until checking out. Maid service came late in theafternoon.
Review 57:Location. Access to health club. Breakfast and bar. Staff was veryfriendly. Views. Clean.
Review 58:Room next to mine had plumbing issue at midnight. I was kept awake intosmall hours of the morning while maintenance banged away on it and hadto continue a long road trip with about 3 hours sleep. There was also nodirectory for television programming - channel surfing was veryfrustrating as it seemed to be constant commercials trying to find whatwas being broadcast on each station. I gave up.
Review 59:Wonderful location, outdoor dining, food was better than typical clubfood. I mentioned interest in the club history and building on my dinnercomment card and the waitress rushed after me to provide thatinformation and a tour - very impressed by that.
Review 60:That we couldn't stay longer!
Review 61:The staff was the friendliest and so accommodating. We honestly didn't know what to expect, but the historical aspect of the building drew us in immediately.
Review 62:Outdated rooms for the price. Windows wouldn't lock. No regular coffee for Keurig. Parking requires two block walk outside. Room needs significant updating.

Review 70:Slightly dingy bathroom; noisy, difficult to control heating unit as well as a very outdated TV set.
