Review 1：The beds were super comfortable and the shower was always balanced with temperature and water pressure. The staff wasn't bothersome at all but someone was always there when we needed them to be! Housekeeping or front desk.
Review 2：One paper-thin door separates the rooms. So ANY noise louder than a whisper will travel between the rooms. Not good if the neighboring room has kids, enjoys watching TV, coughs, snores or speaks loudly. You will hear it all.

Review 7：When checking in I asked the kind gentleman at the front desk if there was an iron in the room. He said no, but that he would bring one up. He somehow beat me up there and it was there when I got to the room! I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. My husband had stayed before and told me it was good but for the price I thought that was impossible. I have stayed in many 5-star properties so I am quite picky, but I felt at home at The Chalet. There were no disgusting comforters on the beds but clean, soft, white linens. The mattress was comfortable as well. The furniture was quite updated and nice, the fixtures in the bathroom higher end than I would have expected. Nice granite countertop and a shower curtain rod that bowed out from the tub so you didn't have to worry about the curtain touching you (although it looked clean). Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. No pool or breakfast so I don't know if the kids would enjoy it but overall a GREAT value!
Review 8：The door was difficult to close; I had to force it shut with my whole body. I could hear my neighbors doing the same. Many times.
Review 9：Front desk help was exceptional. Friendly and warm. The room was very clean, and had better facilities than I had pictured for the price.

Review 16：There is a lovely kitchen area but absolutely nothing to use in it. I can sort of understand not providing utensils and any cooking equipment because it probably gets stolen, but at a very minimum there should be a coffeemaker. No ability to make a cup of coffee in the morning was VERY disappointing, and the office didn't even open until 9 a.m. And they should have a minimum of kitchen stuff that you can check out to use (I'd even pay a deposit). If there was anything like that, we weren't made aware of it.

Review 19：The overall feel was just a good one. The staff is very freindly, the room was small but suited our needs perfectly and the price was definitely in our budget range.
Review 20：The wifi had a terrible connection. I couldn't use any of my devices on wifi. And the parking wasn't the best. We squeezed in a spot the best we could if not that we would have to park somewhere else and walk up. Also our cards kept not working right. I had to get new cards a few times.

Review 23：Feet turned black from carpet. AC turned on every 5minutes waking us up. Dirty Dirty Dirty. It was once decorated cutely but then left and forgotten. Sheets had stains and hair.

Review 25：We enjoy staying there very much. Have been there during ball tournament for over 7 years. I just wish they didn't raise the prices during the senior games. That was the reason we stayed there good prices but not any more.
Review 26：We had reserved and efficiency but when we arrived we were assigned a regular room. When I brought it to the staff attention, they bent over backwards to accommodate our request and assigned a room that was recently upgraded but not yet open for reservations. Nonetheless, the room was wonderful and the staff so very courteous. We mentioned being tired from hiking and they even asked how we were the next day. Cannot say enough about the courteous and accommodating staff
Review 27：They were doing some work outside everything in the room was covered in dust. The kitchen has nothing. No dishes, no towels, no soap nothing. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking when we told management they said it was on the to do list. There was no iron or ironing board.

Review 36：The motel is well kept, very clean, comfortable bed. The room was spacious. There are many restaurants at walking distance. St George is about 40 minute drive to Zion Canyon and 2 hours to Las Vegas which suited us perfectly. Curt who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful getting all we needed. Definitely recommend it.
Review 37：NOISY!!! Got to keep you window closed + a/c on (also noisy) otherwise don't count to sleep! Uncomfy bed, blinds not sealing properly, incredibly washed out towels - never seen before, totaly stupid tap - water leaking everywhere but not in the basin.
Review 38：Curt at the front desk (very kind and helpful!). The decoration is nice and up to date. Various furniture, tables, chairs.. alhough a bit wobbly. Clean and SPACIOUS - that's appreciated! Fridge + mw + ice dispenser.
Review 39：Unfortunately the kitchen has absolutely no supplies, not even a plate, let alone a pot. We ended up simply buying a cheap one and we're really happy with the stovetop overall.
Review 40：The staff and everyone in the city in general were super nice, the view was amazing and only a few minute walk took you straight to the most beautiful garden surrounded by majestical red rocks. We found everything in walking distance but a decent public transport system is available as well.

Review 59：The night manager was very accommodating with our late check-in. He even reminded us to drive safely through the canyon because they'd be there even if we were late. The entire hotel has been updated and is very charming from the outside. The room we stayed in had 3 queen beds! This was perfect for our family. The inside had also been almost completely renovated. It was right off of the freeway and very easy to find. Also close to gas stations and lots of fast food and restaurants.
Review 60：If you plan cooking, bring your own pots, cutlery etc. There is nothing. The owner was very nice and borrowed us one.

Review 83：The Chalet is the perfect motel in the prefect location. Currently undergoing renovations, the Chalet is clean and well provisioned. Within walking distance of a pharmacy, laundromat, and the best Indian food on Earth (Bombay Cafe)! Stay here, you won't regret it!
Review 84：The hotel was on a busy, noisy street so didn't sleep well. They did not remove the used soap from the bathroom. The other desk clerks were not friendly. There was no alarm clock (or any clock) in the room and they did not provide wake up calls.
