Review 3：I love this hotel. We had our wedding reception here 5 mths ago and the staff could not do enough for us, they were so helpful and genorous. I was back here again on Sunday for a family get together and was just as impressed again. If you want to plan an event the staff here are so helpful and accommodating, they will do anything in their power to ensure everything goes smoothly. the decor is gorgeous, beds are really comfortable,Food is scrumptious too.

Review 4：Very very friendly young receptionist , easy check in and made feel very welcome . The evening bar staff was very good too and made good recommendations about menu . I had the pizza and is absolutely delicious , crisp thin crust !!!!! Love it !!

Review 7：We stayed three nights at the hotel for a wedding and I can honestly say the staff were amazing. The reception staff are lovely and always had a smile for us, the bar staff were fantastic even at 5 in the morning when I'm sure drunk guests were the last thing they needed they were still friendly and made us feel so comfortable and the housekeeping staff not only did an amazing job at cleaning but again were extremely friendly in the corridors and when asking if we wanted our room cleaned. It is so rare to come across such overall friendly and brilliant staff like you have here and what a difference it makes to the stay. We will definitely be back and we have highly recommended this hotel to our friends. I cannot express what a difference your staff make here, keep up the great work.

Review 11：Can't fault anything really. Rooms were clean and well appointed, spacious. Plenty of parking (free). Staff were all attentive and friendly. We ate in the restaurant several times - large portions, obviously made from scratch and fair prices. It was easy to get to the main motorway system as well- Dublin was less than an hour away.

Review 12：Selection of TV stations was terrible. Took a while to find the switch for the bath exhaust fan and average person could not reach it with out standing on a chair.

Review 23：Both Nights I could hear very loud music from a party or wedding on down stairs until at lease 1 -2 am. Also both night someone came knocking, then pounding and yelling at the door accross the hall from my room, at 5 am. Waking me up, you could tell

Review 39：The friendly welcome (I visit regularly) and the fact that I was accommodated in a room close to the lift which hugely helped with my mobility problems. The atmosphere in the hotel is superb due to the hard work of the helpful and attentive staff. To a person they were courteous and kind.

I wasn't impressed with the quality of the food for the price of the food. The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall and the shelving basket in the shower was coming off the wall poorly maintained for the price of the rooms. And alcohol was over priced.

Review 74：We stayed here for two nights a couple of weekends ago ! It was perfect to go shopping to dundrum and see glendalough and the area is just beautiful . The staff are really lovely . We were greeted straight away at reception and that evening we had a few drinks behind the bar. The two men on the bar were very entertaining and ensured we were served as fast as possible , the breakfast on both mornings were served with a smile and again very fast . As I used to previously worked in hotels myself I know how important staff is it was five star service from start to finish and highly recommend it for nice peaceful break.

Review 100：I was very disappointed on the Saturday when the outside smoking area was closed off for a private function so we checked out a day early as that was where we sat out on Friday nite as we r both smokers we should have been informed when we arrived on Friday that it was going to be closed off to guests not a very good thing to do. Won't go back to hotel again.

Review 101：Recent mini break. Very central location for touring wicklow area, car parking available on site. Staff pleasant, had booked a twin room but given a double, after checking with staff was quickly changed to a twin room.

Review 102：From check in to check out it was great staff in reception were great and bar staff were brilliant as well. stayed there 26th june to 28th june. went up with our son for the feile football. was booked in for 28 june as well but decided to go home as our team had a homecoming party at home that night. the staff were great in reception and didn't charge us for that night only charged for the two nights. will go back there for another visit

Review 112：I'm from the area originally but we were over for a wedding. The hotel is perfectly located for transport to and from the airport, close to the air coach and bus stops. It's central in the town and across the road from cash point and supermarket. The hotel itself was spotless. We were there for a wedding and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Review 119：Only issue was that room we were staying in, there was a door banging on a constant basis the first night. I mentioned it to reception at 07.15am who advised would have Manager investigate. Returned to the hotel later in the day and door was still banging. We investigated ourselves and it was the door in the kitchen/restaurant directly below us. This needs to be resolved, as we lost sleep over this and no apologies etc.

Review 121：On arrival, the receptionist on duty could have been more friendlier and helpful . Couldn't gain entrance to our room with either of the two swip cards. Had to go back down to reception and was given new swip cards for a different room which was cold and no heating on in it. Didn't have food during our stay.
