Review 1：Did not like finding a silverfish. No Info. on the TV. Found a bobbie pin ( not my wives ) on carpet near bed.

Review 15：The staff were incredibly friendly at the desk! We spoke to two different people and they were so very helpful and warm! I haven't had that kind of service at another hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was nicely done. It was a hotel, haha, that sums it up! The staff and location made it fantastic though! :)

Review 21：The air conditioning unit looked to be new but maybe wasn't installed correctly. It was leaking and saturated the carpet on that side of the room. I'm pretty sure they didn't replace the mattress when they renovated. It wasn't very comfortable. Not much of a breakfast.

Review 22：The room was recently renovated and was pretty and modern looking. The location was good. The man that checked us in was very friendly and gave us good suggestions on things to do and see.

Review 27：I stayed in a room that was newly renovated. This room was very well equipped and nicely decorated . The staff was very acomodating and very nice! I will stay there again and will recommend it to anyone i know traveling there.

Review 30：The hotel is in need of remodeling. Outside looks like a dump. The rate was $176 after taxes and believe me it was not worth that at all. We fought with mosquitos in the room and the morning we checked out there was a huge black bug crawling on the floor at the sink area. Very disgusting!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 31：The toilet leaked, the carpeted floors were wet, the wireless didn't work, the TV changed channels without anyone touching the remote. The TV turned on three times in the middle of the night. Finallly had to unplug TV.

Review 44：Our room (non-smoking) had smoky smells. Walls were filthy like feet rubbed against them. Requested a few extra blankets. Called back down over an hour later and was brought one. Okay for one night, but this place could definitely use an update and good scrubbing.

We wanted to take a nap before heading out for supper.In the room the bathroom had been overlooked as far as cleaning. I toldthe front desk lady and she got housekeeping to go in there to cleanit. (After we were already in the room) She didn't use gloves toclean the toilet! When she flushed the commode the paper wouldn'tgo down. So I went back to tell the lady at the front desk. She waskind enough to upgrade us to a jacuzzi room. So we moved. The room wasbetter, but had a musty smell. We took a nap then walked out and atesupper. When we returned we wanted to get into the jacuzzi. There wasno stopper for the tub. We used a plastic cup upside down to create avacuum. At check out on Sunday when I told the foreign lady (not to stereo-type) about our experience with the tub. She just smiled and said shewould fix it. I wasn't offered anything else, not even a"I'm sorry". We love Helen and will visit again but willnot stay at the same location!

Patched holes on the walls painted over and the doorjam in the bathroom looked like it had been tore off from it being kicked in and just nailed back in place. The bathroom shower was either really really hot or cold, we qcouldn't find a happy medium of warm. The price we paid for 2 nights was 376.00, not at all worth that price, not even close.
