Review 1：I did NOT like the room at all! When I walked in, it reeked of freshly smoked cigarettes. I know it was a smoking room, but it was like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes a few minutes before I checked in. Also, the first thing I do is take off my boots. My socks are immediately soaked in what I'm assuming is carpet cleaner, but the entire room (and my socks) smelled like wet towels. It was very, very unsanitary for the price paid. I would NOT stay here again.

Review 3：Customer service needs some help. we had 2 rooms and had to change one because there was no hot water then got in to the next room and there was no shower head. They did fix the situation, but not without a little challenge. Had reserved 2 rooms and told us we only reserved one that was fixed as well. Would have been better at a motel 6

Review 11：I stayed for 2 nights and found out that my credit card got compromised after I got home. It was copied and used to pay for $434.98 for a storage that I never had. I will never use this place again and will recommend to others not to.

Review 13：I didn't like the whole place! The room was disgusting, nothing was cleaned. There was ashes on my nightstand!! The carpet was sticky, and the bed sheets had stains! Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!

Review 14：The tv had no remote and received only one channel so no tv. Air conditioner did not work very well was extremely warm in the room. Requested early check in which was approved but when I arrived was told I had to wait til after 3PM to check in.

Review 16：When I arrived at 10:00 p.m., to check in on the first night, already having made a reservation a week earlier, I was told by the front desk that because she was "cashing out" I would have to wait 20 minutes. I had just flown across the country and driven for several hours. Ultimately, it only took about 10 minutes. Also, there were big pieces of dust on the bed. There were no lamps and no alarm clock.

While carrying our bags to our room, a guest had their room dooropen and we saw someone sitting on the bed lighting up a glass pipe. Thenight staff on Friday was rude, unfriendly and she made me feel like Iwas interrupting her visiting time with a friend that was sitting behindthe desk with her watching tv! Never never ever again!!

Review 21：The room was not clean, meaning the bathroom. The sink was dirty and the counter. There was no coffee maker, no extra chair and table. Could not get WiFi.

No idea were pool and hot tub was located, had to ask, the wi fi was ok, till morning, and hours for pool and hot tub were not posted, hot tub doesent open till noon??? When I went to the office about the interenet, they told me that theres was working and did nothing about mine. Also asked for a rm by the hot tub because of my back and my friend just had hip replacement, and we were on tnhe other side of the side of the motel. Was not very happy and most likely will not stay there again.

The tub slanted and my disabled husband had a hard time standing in it to shower. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly, the towels were very skimpy. Could have used extra pillows and blanket on the bed.
