Reviews for Travelers Inn

Review 1:It was old, tiny, no amendments but a small bar of acid based soap, has low income people living there that milled around and made it feel unsafe, street noise all night, holes and worn out sheets.

Review 2:The bathroom, while clean, was very dated. It looked like the rooms were in the midst of being renovated and had missing baseboards. The rooms smelled funny when we entered but improved when we used the air conditioning.

Review 3:The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the motel was located in a convenient part of town.

Review 4:the night manager was difficult to understand, but I give all immigrants kudos for trying to learn a new language.

Review 5:basic accommodations. No breakfast. Nice, authentic Mexican restaurant next door.

Review 6:I had car problems and couldn't make the first day of trip. Called manager and he worked with me and provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

Review 7:The facility was very short on towels, wash cloths. The breakfast time was too late for us to even take with us-after 8:00 am.

Review 8:Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 9:Cobwebs on the wall, the heater only blew cold air so we relied on the little wall heater in the bathroom to stay room as the weather was colder. The walls appear to have been wiped off with a dripping dirty cloth. Needs some updating big time. I don't think it was worth 60 a night.

Review 10:Convenient location. And beds were old but adequate. Kept the rain off of us and that's what we needed.

Review 11:Being an older facility, more confined spaces like closing the bathroom door to access the toilet, but it was well kept and clean. If I had more people with me I might have paid double for a better place.

Review 12:I parked just 5 feet from my door. Since it was just me, it was a great value. The office just 20 feet away. Quick check in.

Review 13:Sign says super clean and should have read super dirty. Sheets not clean! Floors dirty! 1 wash cloth. Towels old and stiff! Urine stain on chair! Phone dirty and didn't work. Sheets had not been changed!

Review 14:Location

Review 15:Don't expect luxury unless you pay quite a bit more; so the towels and the pillows weren't thick and fluffy.

Review 16:For the rate I paid I got a good deal. Comfy bed, clean towels, and I felt safe. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Close to the highway and within a 10-15 minute drive to U of M, the mall, and downtown.

Review 17:There were no coat hangers in the room and the bath towels were on the small side. Because of my schedule, I never had time to inquire to see if the shortcomings could be addressed. Also, the first night I had to park several stalls away from my door so that was inconvenient for moving luggage.

Review 18:I was looking for an economic place to stay so I was quite willing to forgo the frills. Everything worked, it was quiet enough for good nighttime sleep and a very convenient location for my needs. It worked for me and I would stay there again if need be.

Review 19:No breakfast, no coffee even, the phones don't make long-distance calls

Review 20:Cheapest motel in Missoula, when we walked in it immediately smelled clean, everything worked, large fridge

Review 21:The sheets were worn through in spots, the carpet was torn, the bathroom had torn pieces hanging from the wall, there was no shampoo/conditioner, the towels were old and stained. I wasn't expecting something super fancy but I don't understand how some of these 'budget' motels are so disgusting.

Review 22:The location was great, the price was good and it could certainly be an acceptable hotel but....

Review 23:I'm not saying there were bedbugs, but I woke up with several bites on my leg and stomach that weren't there when I went to bed the night before. I also wanted ice for the night, but because the ice machine was in the office and we didn't get back from the concert until after midnight, I couldn't get any ice which was not convenient.

Review 24:The decor reminded me of the nicer hotels in the sixties. I t was probably on of the nicer places back then. The room was adequate and the beds were comfortable.

Review 25:Needed better air conditioning. It was an oven when we returned. Most of the curtain wasn't on the rod. No free shampoo etc. Had moths and some other bug in room and freaked out my grandson. Towels were very old and not many of them.

Review 26:Pretty clean and beds/bedding seemed clean. We got this at a late booking and felt lucky to just get a room as there was a Paul Mc Cartney concert and everything else booked. It's on a busy street but noise wasn't a problem. We didn't use the WiF Clerk was nice and helpful.

Review 27:Not very clean.

Review 28:It was close to I-90 for quick in and outs. Staff was pleasant. Very accommodating to give us a room in the back for quietness and non smoking. Probably worth the money for other prices in town. Fine for one night.

Review 29:The only problem I had was connecting to the internet...I went to Starbucks. The soap wasn't to my liking...I just bought my own.

Review 30:Even though this is the oldest motel in a sea of new construction I would recommend that travelers on a budget not skip this place. I spent 7 days Missoula visiting my aunt. OK so the donuts and coffee don't equal the breakfast at the other places. What I wanted was clean and quiet...I got just what I wanted. The room while dated was super clean and quiet...I slept like a baby.

Review 31:The dead bolt on the door did not work. There was not an alarm clock in the room.

Review 32:The price was good for what you would look for when looking for a place to sleep and shower. The room was old and well used, but clean.

Review 33:Do not stay here!!!! It was the worst experience we have ever encountered in a facility and management. I was greeting by an unkempt, rude man. He and his wife are obvious the live in managers. The outward appearance of the motel was hideous. Doors were partially painted a variety of colors. The inside of the room was a travesty with damaged, partially finished walls and tiling. The toilet needed to have the top lifted off to stop it from running on every flush. The air conditioner had a broken and squealing fan and could not be used. the refrigerator creaked and groaned as it came on. The soap dispenser was broken and had mold around it and mold was also around the tub. Many of the clients staying at the motel made us uncomfortable one even parking a large rig in front of our room and then got aggressive when asked to move it and confronted me. It really needs to be taken off your list as a motel you could sponsor. It is unacceptable.

Review 34:The friendliness of the staff. The room was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. I also liked the location.

Review 35:Used pieces of soap in the bathtub

Review 36:Very low cost

Review 37:It was older and in need of renos but ok

Review 38:Very convenient to highway and gas stations. Great value for the money. Room is a bit small and the towels and linens are worn but clean.

Review 39:Next to noisy road, room very old and dated, sheets didn't fit a very old bed, pillows mismatched and old. Basically a run down old motel.

Review 40:Room was dirty and bed sheets hadn't been changed. Many hairs on sheets. Dirty floor--not vacuumed so we changed rooms. Will not return.

Review 41:It wasn't the cleanest place. But otherwise it suited my needs.

Review 42:Pet friendly, awesome staff, and very inexpensive.

Review 43:Good value

Review 44:Old, old, old. Bed was a soft lump. Pillows were gross. Cheapest in town on road padding through.

Review 45:The room was dirty. Hair everywhere. The guy at the reception give me key to a room that already was occupy

Review 46:staff was unfriendly and almost rude

Review 47:convenient location

Review 48:Horribly dirty room.

Review 49:room was not clean. bedding was poor.

Review 50:HBO or movie channels would have been nice, not a big deal though.

Review 51:The room was great and staff was friendly.

Review 52:rather small size of room

Review 53:Cost, location, warm (even though it was cold outside!)

Review 54:Nothing..felt like we got our value.

Review 55:Quiet........flat screen.....clean floors and beds..coffee and cinnamon rolls in am

Review 56:Food close by. Allowed our little dog to stay. Friendly staff

Review 57:No pool

Review 58:Food and drinks right next door

Review 59:Small, musty smelling room. Dirty towels, carpet and walls.

Review 60:Free WiFi, fridge, flat screen TV

Review 61:bed was tilted, pillows flat, mold in bathroom, tiny bathroom, horrible chemical smell, sticky surfaces everywhere.

Review 62:Close to highway

Review 63:Well worth the price. Fast internet, and very nice staff. Rooms are on the older side and small.

Review 64:There was a social gathering in front of the rooms around me into the night. Pretty loud. Fortunately I had ear plugs and slept anyway. No coffee pot in room

Review 65:Comfortable bed Clean Parking next to door made it easy to pack in and out Let me have dogs for minimal fee

Review 66:Everything was nice, can't complain about anything.

Review 67:The gentleman in the office was a very friendly and helpful person, very nice to see these days.

Review 68:Room was filthy..fridge didn't work....phones didn't work..
