Reviews for Olympos Doga Pansiyon

Review 1:The plants and the buildings are so crowded. Given that Olympus is inside a valley, that crowd makes me feel like trapped. The bungalows and the shared areas are dark. I think white fluorescent light is not good taste for a holiday resort. Cheese and salami of the breakfast are poor quality.

Review 2:The staff was very friendly and responding to the needs.Different than other hotels, it s a tranquil place. No loud music was played.

Review 3:Even guests in Olympos´s accomodations have to pay entrance fee into the archeological ancient park which is the only way to the beach. Buy the card for more entries - not a single ticket.

Review 4:Everything was OK. Simple homemade breakfast and dinner were very delicious and fantastic. Beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Reliable transfer service from Antalya airport even in night hours. Free Wifi everywhere. Great value for money.

Review 5:The beach at Olympos was a little disappointing. Lots of better beaches in Turkey.

Review 6:Friendly staff, cute little cabins, good dinner and breakfast and good value. We organised a boat trip to fethiye from there.

Review 7:Everything fantastic!

Review 8:The hospitality is one of the best. The food here is wonderful, hence our 3 day visit turn into a 6 day stay. Doga Pansiton is a great place to stay. We arrived at 11am from an overnight bus trip from Cappadocia , we were able to check straight into our room & we were offered breakfast. Such a friendly & hassel free place to stay. Highly recommend here, very clean environment, great bungalows. Quite & comfortable. Very close to beach, just opposite the cliff where all the rock climbers scale the walls.

Review 9:We didn't have any dislikes and would recommend this to friends. The showers are basic as the hot water in the shower can be temperamental, but for the price it met our expectations.

Review 10:My boyfriend and I stayed here in early September. It was a perfect budget friendly option. The hostesses cook a lovely dinner (which is included in the price) as well as offer the standard Turkish breakfast. We rented a small cabin, the bed was comfortable and cleaned. The AC worked perfectly. The location is near the entrance of the ruins as well.

Review 11:Wifi was a bit flakey in the rooms at times

Review 12:Meticulous care of facilities Friendly family staff, despite little English Great wholesome breakfast and dinners Comfortable wooden bungalows set among the orange trees Close to Olympos ruins and beach

Review 13:+ location (very close to historical part of Olympos and beach) + home made food (including both breakfast and dinner) + helpful staff + general atmosphere in the hotel complex

Review 14:Staff were friendly but not overly helpful - we said we were going to the beach, walked down there and found out we had to pay. Staff didn't tell us that, so we had to walk back to our room, get money, then walk back again. Food was average/okay - think school camp style.

Review 15:Fair rooms, clean, close walk to beach, staff were friendly, easy stopover and very quiet.

Review 16:Wifi, misinformation about the place of pansion by spotting on a closer point to beach at map.

Review 17:Breakfast, care.

Review 18:Too many to be listed here

Review 19:Orange trees in the garden

Review 20:The staff was extremely nice and friendly.

Review 21:Bathroom was quite small with no separate shower stall. It worked ok for us, just don't plan on using the bathroom after you take a shower as the floor and everything else will be quite wet.

Review 22:Hospitality, food (breakfasts and dinners were both fabulous, among the best meals we had in all of Turkey). Location was also great within Olympos- very close to beach and ruins. We went in early May, before the busy tourist season, and Olympos was quite quiet- just what we wanted. If going in June, July or August, be aware that most hotels/pensions are very close to each other and the town is somewhat known for casual but potentially noisy nightlife. Even if your hotel isn't a party place, it may be hard to escape the atmosphere if you're sensitive to music and other noise at night. If you have a family, the neighboring village of Cirali to r north (which shares the beach with Olympos) might be a quieter option, or the village of Adrasan to the south- 15 minutes by car and also accessible via a rugged nine mile trek on the Lycian way hiking trail. Adrasan seemed to have less tourist infrastructure, but does have some very nice pensions and is very chill, also with its own beach.

Review 23:Excellent location! 5 minute walk to Olympos ruins entrance or 15 minute walk to Olympos beach. Friendly family staff. Delicious Turkish breakfast (eggs, tomato, cucumber, olives, cheese, bread and spreads) and dinner (chicken, trout, rice, soups, dolmades and salad). Very clean bungalows with hot water and aircon/heater. Beautiful garden style with hammocks, table tennis and darts. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful accommodation!
