Review 1：There were not enough electrical outlets by the bed for phones and laptops and other electronics that require charging. The beds were really hard.

Review 2：The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. The rooms were attractive.

Review 3：The staff is rude and not accommodating. The rooms had foul odor and tub was filthy. Pay a little extra and stay at the Holiday Inn down the road. I complained to the manager and he did not even acknowledge that there was a problem. Not recommended!

The picture of the king room with spa bath which we got has two different Jacuzzi but we got a small Jacuzzi not what we expected. Review 49：Awful Experience Our vacation in Niagara Falls was totally ruined out by the management of hotel. When my sister-in-law took shower; she fell down because the bath tub was very slippery. Her left cheekbone hit the right corner of the sink counter table hardly and her left face was swollen right way. When we went to front desk to report the accident, we were told that we should use the bath mat. However, no such bath mat was provided in our room. When we pointed it out, manager became very rude. He told us that neither their hotel nor any other hotels will provide such bath mat and this accident is not hotel’s problem. We have never been treated like this. We deeply agree with some reviewer, stay away from this hotel, and regret that we did not listen to them. We hope anyone should file a complaint if they got similar experience so that no one else will suffer such rude treatment again.

Review 72：Not a biggie, but would have preferred more electrical outlets in the Family room for charging phone. 4 adults had to share the 2 in the room and the 1 in the bath. The outlet location was not near a side table so has our phones charging while on the floor.

Review 115：The hotel in general is not very clean. It is falling apart quickly. There is no elevator, despite there only being two floors it makes for tough transport of luggage. The dumpster was so full it was over flowing onto the ground and smelled of rotting garbage so bad that I had to hold my breath to walk past. Someone had been smoking in the hallway when we got there and it was overwhelming. The walls and doors are very thin, you can hear every word your neighbor is speaking and every time a door would open and close. The front desk staff is a little impatient. One of the other guests got very upset by a comment made during breakfast by the desk staff.

Review 117：The family suite was wonderful! I have never found a hotel before that has 3 beds in one room without getting an expensive suite or a roll-away. Perfect for a family with two teens. The hotel was very clean and comfortable too.

They double charged me and then decided they"undercharged" me so they had to re-ring it again to charge me$11 more. I have money tied up that will take days to end up back in myaccount. We drove from Indiana to Niagara Falls, and the hotel was byfar the worst experience of the trip! We will never be back!! Iwouldn't even give them a 2.5!

Review 119：The breakfast is horrendous... for God's sake it had no meat, scrambled eggs, sausage or varieties of cereal for kids. Every morning is the same here with crowded lobby with everyone scrambling to grab something before it finishes.

I called for help but the guy on the phone was rude saying "how can I stop water from dropping?". He even refused to come and check.
