Review 1：The first night's stay could have used a chair or something in the room -- there was no place to really sit down except at the desk or on the bed. Second stay was a much nicer room with plenty of space and seating.

Review 5：Did not have a bad experience, but wanted to share that the room was needing some repair: a lamp was broken and one sheet had a hole in it. Also, cable TV reception went out and did not come on the rest of the evening.

Review 9：The young man at the front desk was very welcoming, helped us with questions of things in the area we wanted to do. The indoor poor and hot tub were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very nice and one of the largest seating tables areas I have ever soon. Will definitely stay here again!

Review 10：The facility was excellent, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location was excellent for our trip to St. George. There were a number of excellent restaurants nearby which were very reasonable.

Review 11：- We saw fleetingly an insect on the carpet. We were not sure was it a cockroach or an earwig. We were afraid that there could be some more and could get into our suitcases.

Review 23：There was a nice pool and even a toddler pool for our little one! It wasopen until 11pm! The beds were comfy and the staff was really nice.

Our reservation didn'tshow up from booking.com but they were so helpful and gave me my exactreservation without any upset or issue. The front desk even called tomake sure we liked our room! Review 31：Next door neighbors key didn't work. Let her little girl use our toilet as they waited. Toilet was clogged. So, did they know and not fix it, or didn't clean it so didn't flush to learn. Either way, not a good scenario.

Review 37：When I arrived the upfront receptionist was super friendly and they brought out water for my kids and myself. She also got me a room close to the pool and playground for my kids. I really enjoyed my stay and the room was big to fit my entire family.

I guess more than 70% of st george consists of roads and parking lots. St george can be described as a place were cars live.

Review 55：I've been staying at this hotel for 20+ years. I will always come back. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the location is perfect. There are 2 restaurants immediately adjacent to it so good variety of meals.

Review 56：The toilet was slow but the maintenance man was on teh job and within 5 mins of being called, it was resolved with no mess no fuss.

Because it was the staff did not inform Expedia, I will be changed for the second night. The staff member at the desk working when I tried to check out, said, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do to help. If we had informed them yesterday when you checked in, you would not be charge." The put a damper on my visit with you.

Review 64：I don't generally care about the size of the bathroom but this one is so small that you can't change your clothes in it. So if you need a private place to change your clothes you are out of luck. I had two rooms and in one of the bathrooms there was no toilet seat cover. Thus making it hard to set anything there. There was no fresh fruit at the breakfast.

Review 65：The out door pool was warm and the pool area was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had eggs prepared differently every morning and either ham or sausage. There was bread, bagels and English muffins. Also waffles and yogurt that you could add sweetened strawberries to.

Review 69：Parking was a problem. All spaces near the room were full and we had to unload from a ways away. Either Booking.com or the Inn gave erroneous information for the date of our stay. Fortunately I had made a copy of Booking confirmation including the info on my dog, and fortunately they had a room for us. The staff was very nice about it but said Booking had given a different date. Word of the wise when using Booking:call the day of the reservation to be sure.

Denny's is on one side the black bear restaurant on the other side with lots of other places to eat very close. all in all a really great experience. All that for a really good price; on our trip, we spent five nights in motels - all of them more expensive and none of them nearly as good. Review 86：Day shift Front Desk clerk was a bit abrupt. Twice he made comments that didn't make me happy. A suggestion, inform the guest when they check in that the WiFi password is on the key envelope.It's just not something I'm used to. And it annoys the Front Desk dude when you ask.
