Review 1：I didn't care for the heater, because it needed to be turned on for at least 5 min while causing a terrible stench.

Review 2：I loved the breakfast and the price. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The location was also amazing.

Review 5：I think when it's swimming pool season the pool should be open to adults from 10- until 1am! Give the adults a chance to enjoy the pool with other adults without children running around!! Just a thought!!

Review 9：The location of the Inn was perfect - right off the Interstate. I have never checked into any hotel anywhere, and been greeted by lovely towel-animal swans on my bed, with a note saying, "Welcome to the Best Western Hotel". Andrew Sandoz at the front desk was so very nice and courteous. Our room was immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. There was also a guest laundry which was much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying I the Covington/Madisonville area.

Review 10：They had no elevator for persons with disabilities. The pool was around the back of the building. There was a large roach crawling across one of the wealls.

Review 15：My only negative would be: I found that the stairs leading from room 201 to the lobby were more steep than what I was used too. I felt, as though, I had to be very careful in stepping down. I do realize, that when built, that might have been the only way to build the steps.

Review 16：The overall experience was very good. I requested a room close to the front and it was provided. The room was very comfortable with easy access to the stairs. The reception employees were quite friendly and easily provided information to get around the area. Grounds were well maintained!

Review 21：there are no sidewalks and streets are busy, so one cannot walk to nearby business; for female travelers the hotel rooms open to a public pathway and doors are in plain in view to the public (busy fast food restaurant across parking lot. In my opinion, not secure. In the morning, staff pushing noisy cart to and from cleaning rooms was annoying. Heating/ cooling unit was rather noisy too. In the mornging, I thought is was a tractor trailer passing by.

Review 82：The air conditioner was so noisy that we could not sleep. We got thereafter midnight and gave up and left by 5am. Also, the sleep timer on thetv did not work. They should spend more time on maintenance of the aboveitems instead of making animal towel creation.

Review 83：We stayed two nights, and the first night we were a bit chilly....couldnot find an extra blanket (was there one?)There was some confusion from the website about whether the hotel accepted pets. I had originally found the hotel through a pet-friendly search engine, so I knew from that, that pets were O.K. However, once I was in the hotel website, there was one statement that clearly said "no pets." Later, when I had to change my reservation dates, I was told by Booking Buddy (where I booked the rooms) that this hotel did NOT accept pets. Since I had just spoken with someone at the hotel about that---I had tried to amend our reservation by calling the hotel directly, which I learned was not what I was supposed to do---I KNEW that pets were acceptable....we had discussed that, too. I had quite a confusing conversation with the Booking Buddy agent about pets, and she had to call the hotel directly to confirm that pets were accepted.

Review 84：Before arriving, I was very impressed with the helpfulness andcordiality of the staff....I Made several phone calls for variousreasons, and they were always gracious in answering my questions. Theone person whose name I remember was Cassandra. She worked the frontdesk the morning we checked out, and was a delight to talk with. Buteveryone I had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable.Also, we appreciated the welcoming attitude for our dog. Even down to a "pet packet" which included dog biscuits and a doggy bag for bathroom duties. (But see problems in the red column).
