Review 1：The bathroom needs updating badly. The fitted sheet didn't fit and kept coming off the bed. The pillows and bedspread need to be replaced.

Review 15：No remote for tv and limited channels.Crud around bathroom tile. Only one coffee pack. Door not locking correcting. No hangers. Temperature control set at 65 and still too hot. Sheets had stains. Told at checking that breakfast was from 6-10. Went and told no not until 7.
Review 16：Stayed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Shower would not shut off when filling bathtub. Toilet would not stop running after flush. No toilet paper holder. Told desk clerk Tuesday morning. Not fixed by time of checkout on Thursday.
Review 17：Clean and quiet rooms. I booked 5 rooms for a short trip to Helen with family and friends. Everything was good and friendly for the money compared to others near hotels and including breakfast and indoor pool as a bonus. I will come back here in my next trip.
Review 18：Not vacuumed daily. Rat droppings in the dresser. Husband saw 3 roaches in the room. Felt guilty asking for anything as the whole time we were there we only saw 2 guys working- day and night. Walls are thin and you can here the neighbors. They would not let us change rooms - I asked 3 times. AC unit would not cool room unless you put it on 60.

Review 22：Where my room was located, second level. I am a bit older and out of shape, so climbing stairs (for me) was not a good thing. I could've probably asked for a first level room seeing that the season was over for them, at this point, but I didn't. Besides, I guess I needed the walk.
Review 23：The beds, I've stayed in a lot of motels in my life, but these have to be "The Best Ever". I wish I had one of these in my house. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Of course this is Helen and stations were limited but we did not come for the TV. Price was good, $62 for the night on short notice when other hotels in town wanted over $150. Slept well ...quiet night. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked alright. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Coffee, muffins, hot waffles, danishes. Yea the lobby smelled a little of curry but you know, we were not planning to sleep there ans we have smelled worse in other motels around the US.
Review 33：our conformation was 12 to 1300 hrs .we got there at 1300 and there was a mixup ,we had to move from the room they gave us to another room,the frig did not work,people were so noisy before day break.we were not very happy.
Review 34：The water in the sink got hot very fast (a good thing). However, thewater in the shower never got hotter than luke warm. I travel over 100days a year and I know how to work a tub/shower control....so....noit was not the inability of the user to work the knob(s) properly. Thewater simply was not going to get hotter than luke warm and I stoodthere for over 10 minutes on the second morning. Oh....and it would havebeen nice to have more than a few local tv channels, the dish Networkversion of The Weather Channel (which means you got the national weatherview not the local weather view), and a cnn Channel that only had audiowith a loud buzz in the background. Asked the folks staying on bothsides of me and they had the same complaints about the lack of hotwater, the extremely limited channel choices on the television and cnnthat buzzed like crazy in the background making it nearly impossible tohear the audio. Won't be staying here again. Proves again that youget what you pay for.

Review 48：Receptionist (white lady) was very rude and unwelcoming. She was complaining about her job in front of guests and gave us an attitude when we would ask for assistance. All other staff was great minus her, she made the stay less relaxing at the hotel.

Review 94：Room needed a new coat of paint and the whole place needed some things replaced. Lamp shades were yellowed and cracked; window blinds were broken; curtains torn or hem coming loose. And for some ingodly reason, they chose to paint ONE wall in our room neon lime green which in NO way matches the deep burgundy carpet and bedding. It made everything look cheap and unattended.

Review 96：I don't like that we over paid. We went just the week before and it was $75, and packed, and the next weekend it's was $115 and only like 5 other cars there. The pool was filthy, you got in felt like grime was all over you.

Review 100：I had booked my room for two nights and they charged me for two nights and only put down one night in their computer. I work at a hotel and even I don't know how they managed to do that when the reservation is already made through booking. They fixed the problem and I had house keeping come clean my room and we were left alone for the rest of the stay. Also the breakfast was terrible. There isn't any room and although there were three hot items, it still was nasty food. I don't recommend anyone staying here honestly.

Review 104：Even for helen, ga this hotel/room was over priced! Our air conditioning knob was taken off so we could not control the AC. We had to call and ask for it. Front desk was rude when we mentioned how smoke filled the room was. We were given a spray but that should have been done prior our stay. The peep hole was taped up since the eye piece was missing. Wasn't a very clean room. Even the landscaping around the place was overgrown with weeds.

Review 125：The bed was dirty upon check in, the people never fixed anything always heard they were sorry. The same breakfast was reheated and served every day. The towels were never ready and clean. The hot water wasn't hot enough to shower and they charged my card more then they were supposed to.

Someone had smoked in our non-smoking room, we did not want to change rooms because we were right next to our friends, so the staff was at our room within minutes and brought air freshener gel, a spray, and a plug in air freshener. We also had a limo that was complimentary and took us from the hotel to town, it's a walkable distance, but not well light, and cold.
Review 132：The TV was blurry and the picture was choppy on a lot of channels. There weren't enough TV channels. The breakfast at the front was a joke. A few bagels and some tap water with cereal. I'm glad the breakfast was free because I wouldn't pay for it.

Review 134：My first impression was the Fresh Fragrance upon opening the door..the room comforted my senses...it was luxurious and classic. Room was cleaned daily. I left my tablet and was grateful to find they had it waiting for me at front desk! Excellent ! I don't usually indulge in the "breakfast" but made exception as Jameson Inn offers just about what I would do at home : eggs, waffle, fruit, juice, coffee, even sausage !! Yeah... I give them major cool points
