Review 1：Would have preferred shuttle to airport to be more frequent in early AM than once an hour. However we ended up driving to the airport ourselves.

Review 3：Our room was more than a bit tired--holes patched poorly in the doors, walls. But the linens were fresh and the bed was good.

Review 4：All staff was great, but the shuttle drivers went above and beyond. Our stay was Christmas Eve to Christmas Day, and I felt sorry for them. But they were very cheerful, offereing to drive us to a restautrant, then to the car rental depot the following day (instead of to the airport to board another shuttle...we've done that, and it's time-consuming.)

Review 5：The hot breakfast was one of the worst we have ever had at any motel/hotel. The tables were dirty as was the serving area. Would not recommend eating anything except yogurt, cereal, or fruit.

Review 7：The location is not the finest, in the sense that it's surrounded by industrial units (not that it's a poor neighbourhood). This means that, with the exception of the Sheraton across the road, there is nowhere to eat within reasonable walking distance. I knew this when I booked the room, however, as it's clear from Google maps.

Review 8：Very large room, comfortable bed, hot shower, clean, good toiletries. Shuttle to/from airport (book in advance or call when you arrive at PHX). If you just need an overnight stay for the airport it's a fine choice.

Review 9：The staff from the van driver to the front desk were awesome. Our stay was quick but enjoyable. If I had a negative it would be the van service meaning it only goes one the hour.

Review 10：It's a little run down. most of the grout was cracked and missing in the bathroom, and the pull out bed was in really bad shape. It was worn out and stained.

Review 12：Not a bad experience in the usual sense, but the bathtub in one room was rusty around the drain and the pillows in both rooms were almost square shaped and pretty hard (firm). Again, not necessarily "bad" just not less comfortable and unsightly.

Review 13：The personnel were "all" very friendly and helpful. Good folks for sure. This includes the driver of the van and the personnel who took care of breakfast. Especially nice and helpful were the ladies at the check in desk.

Review 14：Their HVAC system is messed up. Very very loud, and never comfortable. Too hot or too cold. The thing would constantly run, then shut off for a few minutes, but way way way too loud while it was on, kept me up. IF they get a new HVAC system I would give them a 10. If you are trying to avoid the stained sheet, smells like smoke hotel, you will do fine here. Very very clean.

Review 21：the staff was very helpful. Since we were leaving before breakfast, I liked that they had a to-go box so that we could eat before getting on the plane. It had a granola bar, apple and some mints and also I had coffee. The room was nice and comfortable and it looked updated.

I liked the size of our room ... 2-Queen Beds, with Sofa Bed available as well; having a refrigerator in our room; as well as free Wi-Fi. Everyone (Staff) is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Review 37：I hate to complain about things the hotel might not have ultimate control over, but both night I was there the noise from other guests was distracting. As for things the hotel could improve, I'll start with suggesting getting shower curtains that reach the tub-- there was several inches of space between the bottom of the curtain and the tub surround! Also, the room thermostat/air cond didn't have a fan always on option, which would have been helpful to drown out the noise of other guests. The fan turning on unexpectedly woke me several times a night.

This was all three, plus it included a breakfast with a variety of food: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, a variety of good coffee, and fresh fruit. This saved me both time and money. I can't say enough about the congenial and efficient staff, from the airport shuttle driver and the people behind the front desk to the breakfast servers and the maids who cleaned rooms. I highly recommend Comfort Suites in Tempe.

Review 57：The beds were very comfortable and great pillows. My room was spacious and clean!! The staff was friendly. The breakfast was perfect and the area was clean and maintained well. This hotel also has several comforts of home. It offers wash/dryer, ice machine, news paper, gym, vending food/drinks, pool, iron/board and shuttle. I was very pleased with my stay. Ill be back when I'm in town.

Review 58：The only place to charge my phone was in the laundry area and it was closed at night. The clerk was not helpful and was unwilling to offer assistance. It was as if she would rather be somewhere else than at her hospitality job.
