Review 1：It seem to be in a high traffic area, uncontrolled with people in and out all night hanging in and about the area. During my stay I saw street walkers up and down the road. I wasn't comfortableat all but due to paying online ahead of time and not allowed a refund I had no other option but to stay, due to I can't throw money away. However I did check out as soon as I woke with the little sleep I got which was around 8am and got another room Uptown Charlotte instead.

Review 49：The bed were like sleeping on a stack of plywood and the pillows felt like the were a stack of cardboard. The staff was polite and efficient in the check in progress. After that they did not have knowledge of things around them. they weren't friendly or as inviting as most southerner's.

Review 51：I bring everything with me when I travel, a fan humidifier and my own coffee pot. Add in 2 phone chargers and we were unplugging the lights to plug in our stuff. No big deal but I think hotels in general need to add a power strip to their rooms. Or just bring your own I suppose.
Review 52：The location was good. Close to the track and pretty easy to navigate. We were very happy with the room. It was very clean except for a few spots on the carpet but we just wore our sandals. The bathroom was very clean as was the room in general. I like having a fridge and microwave in the room so that worked out well! It was cheap and a good place to sleep for the weekend.

I picked this motel and paid a little more because of the breakfast and asked at check in what time breakfast ended, I was told 11:30, we came in at 11:00 to eat and was told it had ended at 9:30. Very disappointed since I had specifically asked at check in so not to miss it!

I complained a few times starting at 11:20 pm. Then at 4 in the am their were people outside our room talking and their car alarm went off. I did not get any sleep and then had to go to my daughter's college orientation and then drive 7 hours home to Maryland. What a horrible experience.

We wound up paying for the night,but moved to another hotel, the Wingate in Concord Mills, which was alittle further up the highway and $40 more, but well worth the expenseand inconvenience of moving.

Watching the drugbust across street during breakfast was priceless it was like watching alive episode of cops had to drive 10 miles down the road to find adining I felt comfortable leaving car un attended.

There are a lot of fast food and drive through around so it makes a lot of noise until 01:00 AM. This was even worse because there is no hall as the bedrooms are next to the car park as mentionned above. The breakfast was really bad and they were ANTS on the kitchen table ...

The area was convenient, right of the highway, plenty of fast food nearby and not 'sketchy' unless one is used to staying in 5-star, granite counter-top, expensive hotels. Its also motel styled which is convenient for those that do not want to walk past staff and the lobby entrance every time they come and go.
