Review 1：Office closes at 5pm so glad I called to learn about after hours check-in procedure!! Well equipped room which was comfortable and clean and although older building, the location was the winning factor as beach access was just across the road.

Review 6：Beautiful Bonita beach is just across the street. In our room there were beach chairs that we could borrow. Our room was rather an apartment. We enjoyed the space we had. Air conditioning worked properly. Free wifi worked properly. Free parking.
Review 7：No complaints of consequence. The only negative was a somewhat noisy air conditioner but for the overall cost and quality, we're not complaining!

Review 9：It was very clean . Staff was very nice. Everything you need is in the room ready for you to enjoy your stay. At the beach in 2min and can fish in the bay right behind the resort. Love this place.
Review 10：I absolutely loved this place!This place was better than I could have ever imagined! I stayed for 3 nights while I took care of some business during the day a leisure in the evenings.Nice and quiet while I used the patio right outside the sliding doors as my "business lounge." Right across the road to beach access to start and end the day with picture perfect sunsets. Just fantastic!
Review 11：The location is great, just across the street from a nice beach where you can see dolphins. Fishermen can rent a boat there along with the equipment. The room was very clean and spacious. There is a well equiped kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. You can also sit outside and enjoy quiete night. You will find everythig you might need in the room including the beach chairs to borrow. The property is also close to a Lovers Key State Park which is very nice.

Review 16：Price. The place is older, but was properly maintained and very clean. We only spent the night there. The place is on the water and has a pontoon boat rental. It woul be nice to stay for a couple of nights. It had a kitchen which is good, because we didn't see any restaurants nearby.

Review 18：The motel's location cannot be beat. You cross one street and you are at the beach. Our room was comfortable. It was one room with a queen-size bed and a reclining chair. There is a small kitchen table with 2 chairs. The kitchen area was modest with full size refrig and small size stove/oven (which we didn't use). The bathroom was satisfactory. The important item is every thing was clean. There is no housekeeping. You make up the bed and replenish your towels. This was not an issue for us. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. I would recommend this motel to mature travelers. We loved it and are hoping to return next year.

Review 20：I cannot say we 'disliked' anything. The wifi was a bit tricky but once I found a 'strong spot' in our mini-suite, all was fine. One small suggestion: The room came with two TVs - one old tube style in the living room and a nice flat screen in the bedroom. I think it would be better if they were swapped.

The mention Resort led meto believe their were nice grounds around the motel. There was not muchfor grounds, just a parking lot. Improvements could be made there.Theyoung man who welcomed us at the boat place didn't have muchinformation for us about the area.

Review 90：Air conditioner was SO loud I could hardly sleep. Staff was rude and unfriendly. After paying for the room, we decided to book a room in Fort Meyers just 10 minutes up the road and we enjoyed it much better. There were not many restaurants along this stretch of road and we had to drive if we wanted food mostly. It seems it is mostly vacation homes in this area and not touristy at all. This motel is more of a fishermen's lodge than anything. I would definitely not stay there again.
