Review 1：The hotel took us ages to find as the map provided was not accurate. It is a bit of a walk from the main town so we walked into town for dinner and then got a tuk tuk back.
Review 2：We only stayed here for one night and although the room was basic, it was sufficient for what we needed. The receptionist organised our ferry tickets to Phomn Penn at a cheaper price than we had seen online, which was very helpful (although it did include a tour of a minority village before actually setting off, which we did not find out about until we got to the ferry dock the next morning. We did not want to do this trip so sat around the waiting area for an hour until the ferry actually departed).
Review 3：Far from city center. There is a karaoke outdoors in front of the hotel and it's too noisy. It stopped at 10pm. But at 5 am a shop in front of the hotel put a speaker on the street with loud music. Imposible to sleep. Very old building and very dirty.

Review 5：Was a little bit of a walk from the main part of town. There was karaoke as others mentioned but it didn't go very late even on a Friday night. Walls could do with a clean/repaint. Fan didn't work but there was a/c.
Review 6：Very friendly staff, all the important bits (linen, toilet, pillows etc.) were clean, cheap, perfectly good for what will probably be a one night stay in Chau Doc anyway!
Review 7：Communication was difficult. There was no lobby to speak of. The rooms were permeated with a musty smell. The location was a bit out of the way and right across the street from some very loud kareoke joints. We fled after one night.
Review 8：Proprietor was generally helpful and though he spoke no English, he was vigilant about using a translator program to be understood. Wifi was reliable.

Review 18：The manager of the hotel and his wife was extremely friendly and helpful . We needed to organise for our day trip around Chau Doc and he helped us all the way as far as he could with no benefit for himself whatsoever When we wanted to get bus tickets to another province , we got it almost straight away and got picked up at the hotel instead of using taxi service . Strongly recommend for budget wise traveller . Without his service , it would be hard and costly as we had not been there before .
