Review 1：We were sent an email Nov. 8 before our stay but what they said was offered was completely incorrect. No wine tasting, no complementary breakfast, or heated pool. They did give us a bottle of wine as compensation.

Review 3：The carpet in the room was FILTHY! We have a baby and she is a crawler. I didn't want her anywhere near the floor! $200 a night for a dingy filthy room? This room was a complete fail!!!!!
Review 4：The staff was incredibly friendly and our room with jacuzzi was amazing. We wound up extending our stay an extra night just so we could take more advantage of the amenities. We definitely recommend this hotel to others. Great location too.
Review 5：No AC (but not a big deal). We were located on a ground floor and could hear everything that our neighbors were doing especially the one upstairs.

Review 9：My husband and I decided to go on a little get away before our little one arrives. WSI was perfect! Kim, Mallory, and Rachel were excellent hosts and gave us all the information we needed to make the most out of our trip. The continental breakfast was delicious, Kim makes the granola!

Review 12：They misrepresented their location and the quality of their services. They are located far (50 miles) from the town of Sonoma. As someone who has never been to this area, I feel that I was misled. No one was in the lobby when we arrived and we never saw anyone who worked there. The place is not the quality location the website claimed it was. We came for wine tasting in Sonoma and had to drive 50 more miles after to get to the hotel.

Review 15：Mallory and her staff at the West Sonoma Inn were awesome! She upgraded our room to a suite and we extended an extra day. The location is perfect, nice and quite and walkable to central Guerneville.
Review 16：I Loved the way we were treated from the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. My partner is allergic to some pet dander and because I was unaware that the room I booked was a pet friendly room ( although I love pets), the staff offered another room. Thank you so much for doing that! The court-side room we had was very nice & very comfortable. I so look forward to my next stay and you can't beat the location.. it's far enough off the main road but in walking distant to everything!! Great place!
Review 17：That we had to leave. We booked it as a place to stay overnight on the way to our destination and it is worthy of being a destination in itself.
Review 18：Absolutely wonderful setting. Malorie, the person who checked us in was so friendly & welcoming. She gave us some great recommendations on local restaurants and nearby 'Must See's". She graciously upgraded us to the most beautiful room and told us that we would likely be visited by a family of deer in the morning...and she was right! The pool was perfect...getting to swim in the perfect temp pool under the forest canopy was an amazing experience.
