Review 1：Receptionist was very rough in behavior. I wanted to check out at 7am in the morning. But office was closed and locked and no staff was present their to facilitate my checking out. So, I went to Niagra falls and took my luggage with me in my car. I came back to hotel especially to return keys to receptionist and do official check out at 11am. At this time staff did not let me to use wash room f my rented room as they had already cleaned the room after my departure, although my reservation time was still valid until 12 noon and I did not checked out yet.

Review 9：This place was sketchy&gross, the front desk worker wasnt wearing shoes... Definitely not worth $80 a night. Their breakfast in the morning is bread bought from the dollar store, Sunny D posing as orange juice and gross muffins.
Review 10：Room was gross. Black marks on the pillow cases, shower curtain gross, carpet dirty, ceiling caving in, it was scary Ad on internet was not the same that I was charged.

Review 12：No warm water, smelly room, man at reception not the most friendly one. Didn't find our reservation at first, although I had the booking with me. Happy we could leave the next morning.
Review 13：Sign on door upon arrival. Had to wait for key. Bed clean, but older than me. Lights in tiny bathroom ridicilously bright. Not enough towels or soap.

Review 15：The water in the sink and bath got stick and went down very slow. They tried to fix it, but it didn't work for a long, in the evening we had the same problem. The room had bad smell, including fridge.

Review 21：I booked a 2 Queen bed room, thru have me 2 Full size, and not willing to change for what I blocked and paid. Sorry towels, TV was not working, The offer breakfast bit thru Don't have any. Do not recommend. Be aware!
