Review 1：We did not get the double queen bed room we booked, we got the double full beds. The facility looks a lot cleaner in the photos. Hotel ran out of extra blankets.

Review 3：The quality and appearance of the hotel was above what I had expected given the location of the hotel. I am from Arizona. I currently live in Chicago and was visiting in Phoenix and I was pleased with my stay, even though the area was not my top choice. Also the service and quality of my room was excellent given the price I paid.

She was still like 8 rooms before she got to us, and we got back like 4 hours later and she was 4 rooms after ours and ours wasn't cleaned at all.

I was careful to be sure all of my towels were hung up as the TWO signs said I should if I do not need new towels. The housecleaning staff changed out all of my towels anyway.

Review 27：The staff - very friendly. We were greeted each time we entered. The front desk staff was friendly & courteous. They were very accommodating of requests for extra blankets. The rooms have recycle cans in them - YAHOO!! That is terrific!

Review 28：Since we had to take the 4 a.m. airport shuttle, it would have been nice to have had a brown-bag breakfast of something to take with us (bagel/muffin, fruit, juice)) to go with the to-go coffee. Also...where is the sign out front telling us the name of the hotel??!! Drove by before seeing the big sign a block away.

Review 85：Everything was superb except our WiFi was slow that night we checked in. But it was fine the next morning. I have never had a bad experience at a Best Western but this one was much better than any of my previous encounters. The shuttle driver went out of his way (literally) to drive us to a restaurant across a wide street in 100-degree heat.

One Black Man from the Reception was coming in the middle of the Night and knock my door so much, i opened and he told me i was smoking in the room and i have to pay 250 $ for that. i got really big trouble with him and i payed 100$ for that and the Trouble was solved, but i never smoked inside the room and i get no receive or anything for that. At the next day i checked out and i changed to Hotel Tempe Airport Inns & Suites around the corner. Great Hotel, very very nice Service and only 42 $ per Night at Hotel Tempe and it´s much much better like Best Western and everybody is friendly

Review 90：The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a free shuttle from and to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around it, most within walking distance. Also the price is reasonable and there wireless internet all around the hotel.

Review 91：When we got there the women at the desk took about five minutes to find our reservation. I had a print off that I gave her & she kept looking past it. Then she assigned us a room that was already occupied. Freaked both myself a room occupant out! When I went back to the desk the employee acted like she did it all the time! Also the common areas were older, outdated and dirty.

Upfront warning that Phoenix was hosting a bike week, that some of the bikers were in the hotel, and that it might become lous, which in the end did not happen at all. The hotel has an excellent location with respect to the Arizona Mills Mall, which is with walking distance.

However, there wereno shrubs with lights, no bed of flowers, nor a row of umbrella tablesinside the pool area, as shown. This photo also made the pool area looklarger than it was.

Review 100：The area. If it was in a nicer area, it would have been better. It was not a bad area, but it was not a great area. Also, the person that checked me in at night, seemed quite surprised by my name and appeared to be suspicious and curt with me. With other certain guests, the person was all smiles and friendly.

Review 101：I really liked the amenities and the bed. Nice sized room. Nice tv. I felt comfortable. Personally, I like the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Housekeeping ladies were nice too. The area wasn't too bad, there was a mall, a waffle house (my first time), and even a gents club right around the corner. It worked for a group of single guys.

Review 102：Somehow or another, on the last day of our stay we didn't get maid service. The front desk staff was very helpful, though, and got us linens quickly. This was the only glitch we had.

Review 110：Noise: 1)big trucks are allowed to park in the hotel parking, directlynext to the rooms and heat-up their engines from 4 am (even a full hour!)-2) the windows frames are an old-type that is not soundproof andtherefore allow to hear the traffic from the nearby freeway.Another point we noticed: the requests in the field "special requests" - even from recurrent customers !- are generally ignored, even after having been confirmed by telephone, which gives an impression of unreliability of the hotel staffs.
