Review 1：Sorry, but the place was gross. The shower floor was bondoed and there was a broken light shield with dead flies falling out.

Review 9：The owner is horrible. He manages the property alone and is extremelyrude. We called ahead to tell them we would be a late check-in and hiswife said it wasn't a problem. When we got to the hotel, it was aproblem. He had already charged my credit card and was about to give myroom away. He kept saying "but I am the manager" and that hiswife can't take info for check-ins. Refused to listen to us andlooked at us like we were crazy for checking in after 8pm. I will neverstay here again!

Review 11：The carpet could have used a cleaning and the tub looked as if it had been painted(?) or reglazed by someone who didn't know what they were doing. The top layer of the tub was flaking off and left the bottom of the tub dingy. Showers were quick.

Review 14：There was poor lighting, hole in the bathroom ceiling, tub was cracked and chipped. After showering could not shut the cold water off. There was a horrible breeze coming thru the door. Had to kill spiders before showering. Will not rent from here ever again.I didnt get my 50$ worth.

Review 39：The room was very dirty and dusty. The ceiling above the shower was caving in a leaking water. The furniture in the room looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster. The carpet was very stained and ripped. The outlets were unusable. The comforter on the bed was dirty. The pillows were small and not very comfortable.

Review 43：The chairs in the room 104 desperately need to be replaced. They were very unstable and unsafe to sit in. Even though the room was spotless and clean, I think replacing the carpet in that room would make a world of difference. The lack of hot water was bad. There was one instance where the police came and arrested the guy in the next room,...but that really wasn't the motel's fault! I would probably stay here again.

The price was excellent, the young family managing the motel was extremely helpful and friendly...especially when we locked ourselves out of our room! The manager supplied me with a map of the area and drew routes for me to follow. The beds were really comfortable
