Review 1：when you have a room with two beds you rather expect two people. There was only one upholstered chair in the room though room for two. The other guest has to sit on the bed to converse or read

Review 2：Can't say enough about this Hotel. Everything was first rate. Decent breakfast with real cooked food ( no microwave) and lots of it. Newspaper, bottled water in room. Boxed breakfast to go when I needed it. Well appointed room. Comfortable common lounge area

Review 4：When we first arrived we thought we had made a bad choice (large building on major freeway). But how wrong could you be. We were given a spacious comfortable and very quiet room. The breakfast was above average and there are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance.

Review 13：The bed was made in such a hurry the mattress pad was bunched up under the sheets that werent on all the way. the dust ruffle was hanging on the floor on one side and stuck in the mattress on the other. We had to remake the entire bed. The valance on the window was stuck up above the curtain rod. Was this the last room of the day to clean?

Review 15：While Missoula was warm for this time of year, it was impossible to get my room on the 4th floor of this hotel to a comfortable temperature. I had to venture out at midnight to purchase a fan at the local Walmart because this room was so hot.

Review 24：First of all, the staff is great. I liked the location. A restaurant is within walking distance as is a convenience store and gas station. Our room faced the back and there was no freeway noise. Good pet walking area with poop bags available.

Review 25：This hotel rates as a 5 star in my book. Friendly staff, big rooms, comfortable beds and great linens. Very quiet. Breakfast buffet was huge and had everything you'd ever want. Easy access from I-90, amazing pizza place pretty much right on property.

Review 26：The floor in the elevators was dirty/muddy on a couple of occasions from people tracking mud, a young child vomited, etc. Not the motel's fault but they could have responded a little quicker. Also, no vending machines on each floor.

Review 28：There were signs of animals and some smell. Regardless of what you think of pets, this will degrade your motel because pets are not really house trained as one would think - that is a myth because people leave them in the room and they will definitely leave their spots or tracks.

They discovered that they had booked us in for three days later. We were offered a Queen room, we had booked a King Executive room. We were not happy but had to accept this.

Review 102：Our room was not cleaned...after I specifically requested they come clean the room. The shower was awful... no water pressure. The refrigerator didn't work. Since the room wasnt cleaned, I had to call the front desk to request towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to call the front desk 3 times to request coffee packets. Very disappointed with our stay and will not return to this hotel. When I a requested a credit on my bill for all the issues, they said that was not possible because I booked the room through Booking.com.

Review 103：My daughter's $145 coat was taken out of our room during cleaning. Staff on duty just shrugged and told us we could file a police report if we wanted. Manager never bothered to call for a follow up. I'm disgusted, I travel frequently and I've never had this happen before. She was visiting from college and now has to go back without her coat. If feel horrible for her.
