Review 1：There were ants in our room on the third floor and the front desk was not very helpful about the issue. No fitness center although one was advertised. The breakfast room was not functional and the eggs were powdery. We had three people staying in the room, yet we kept getting only two bath towels. Despite the hot weather the pool was freezing making it non-usable. We stayed for 4 nights, so it was a little disappointing that it wasn't better.

Review 2：Pretty grounds and modern looking lobby. Close to I-75. 15-30 minute drive to lots of restaurants, shopping and beaches.

Review 3：Lighting in room was too white, while hallway lighting was warm & enviting. Smell in room, but no air freshner on hand to accomodate smell....But Owner owned mistakes and credited me some monies back. Much Appreciated and will stay there again if needed.

Review 18：Maybe this is reserve for some guest and not all but it is very offputting to have a sign in bathroom telling guest not to steal any towelsand to add more insult, telling your guest that each room is accountedfor how many towels are allotted to that room and you will be charged ifone is missing.I have stayed at some very high end hotels in my travels and I have never seen such out right insult. Maybe the Ritz and Waldorf Astoria should start posting that, they wouldn't because they have more class than that and know that would be offensive to their paying GUEST. Where was the gym that was advertised? No gym, shocker!

Review 27：Conveniently located off I-75, this hotel was in reasonable distance from the beach, restaurants and the airport. The lobby is small but well appointed. The rooms are comfortable and pretty clean. The pool was a nice reprieve from the Florida heat. I did not have their breakfast but I heard from other family members that it was pretty good. The staff was helpful but not overbearing. They allowed us to hang out in the pool area well after closing (10 pm). One thing to note for those with young children: be aware that the windows in the rooms do not have screens.

Review 28：Our room, which otherwise would have been a really nice room, looked half renovated. The TV was off the wall (but on a stand), the smoke detector was missing, the bathroom door was poorly painted, and we thought there wasn't a toilet paper holder (there was, but it was under the counter, out of sight and out of reach). When we told staff upon checkout of the problems, she merely commented that "yes, someone else said the TV was off the wall", without apologizing, or considering whether we got what we paid for. At breakfast, on a cold day, the staff had the back door propped open, which chilled the diners, and the food. I mentioned it and the staff member just said "it's hot in the kitchen", which may have been true, but I'm not sure their solution was the best one for the guests!

Review 30：Receptionist. She didn't know what she was doing. I was about to be charged $70 extra for my reservation when I checked in. PLus they put a hold on the c card I used for the reservation of almost $600!!

Review 31：The wifi in my location didn't work very well or consistently. That was a disappointment. Someone should check the signal / reception in every room. If there isn't good reception just label the room as having inconsistent signal and rent those rooms to people that have no need of internet. Just a suggestion.

Review 32：I was able to stay in a quiet place even though it wasn't very far from the freeway. Convenience and comfort.

I even recorded the sound on my iphone and played it for the front desk clerk. she wrote down the info and said maintenance would be in later that day. that night when we returned, and put on the a/c, the noise was still there. they could have left a message for us saying it would take longer than one day. it seemed like they forgot all about the noise.

Review 47：We were in a non smoking room but the person next door was a smoker and our room and the hallway smelled bad all night. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, carpet was not vacuumed well, there were crumbs and a dead bug beside the sofa.

Review 121：The manager at this hotel shouldn't have a job! Along with most of the staff! They are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I was double charged for my stay, and it they treated me like trash! The manager basically called me and idiot, and my bank as well! I wanted a printed off receipt saying they did in fact refund my money and they told me it couldn't be done. Then, to make matters worse, the manager left a note to have the receptionist go check my room, to make sure it wasn't trashed, before I was able to check out! Talk about making me feel like a problem! The situation had me stressed all week, and very uncomfortable to even stay at the hotel! I would never recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER stay here again!
