This was at the large circular bar on a Thursday evening.

The hotel does not overlook the falls but is within an easy, flat walk of no more than 30 minutes, which seemed safe even at 10pm at night. The casino itself was an experience, but we did not spend very much time there as our couple of days were filled with exploring the USA and Canadian side of the Falls. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We did not make use of the pool or fitness room due to lack of time but they looked impressive.

Review 50：People Smoking inside. Room not being ready even at 5.30pm, when check in is at 4.30pm. Friends arrived at 8pm and they still didn't get the king room. Was given a different room. No lights in main bedroom. Still smelled like smoke. If you like Vegas, you would like it, but the whole place was depressing. Just old people gambling.Neighbourhood felt dangerous at night. Don't go to the 7/11 across the street. Drugos with track marks loitering. See Niagara from Canada. Nothing on the American side.

Review 76：We had to spend extra time to discuss the package delivery. The package arrived on Friday morning at the hotel warehouse. I am not sure why it was not delivered on the same day to the hotel. So you had better make sure packages arrive on time. In addition, my son and I are not used to the smoke smell in the hotel.

Review 77：The location is walking distance to the Falls and the Casino is the building. I can not ask more for the location on US side. Parking and wifi are free and easy to find/use. One friend had a package delivered to the hotel. The package was delivered to the hotel warehouse on Friday morning. By Sunday the front desk did not have it because the warehouse did not work on weekend. We are leaving very early on Monday morning. After a few back-and-forth negotiations, we were able to get the package delivered on the weekend just before we left! We truly appreciate the friendly service by the Hotel. It was a great place to stay and play, even with young kids!

There is not a single smoke free area in this wretched plastic and neon dump. We thought that a "Casino" hotel could be fun but this is just full of sad people shoving nickels into slot machines. Avoid at all costs.

Review 87：When booking, we requested a non-smoking room. This was an important condition when choosing a hotel. But when we arrived, the manager said that there were only smoking rooms. The administrator was very attentive, sent to our room maid who again specially treated room from the smell of smoke. But smoke soaked into the carpet and curtains, so characteristic smell of ashtray remained. A very personal thing, but for us the room was not comfortable: the area was large, but very little light, all the furniture is dark, depressing interior. In addition, it was "connect room", so all night we heard someone coughing and crunching behind the thin door.

Review 104：We reserved the room 3 month before the date, stating that we travelwith two children. We have arrived to the hotel late evening after thelong drive from Washington, and were told, that hotel has only a fewnonsmoking rooms, and we can get the smoking room only. I tried toexplain, that our children suffer from asthma, and was told to take itor to leave.Entering the room, you can feel the heavy stench created by generations of smokers, lost their money in the casino. The walls, the drapers, the floors, everything polluted the air with unbearable stench. Gasping for the air, we left the room and strolled out of the hotel until midnight. At the end we had a sleepless night, wake up at 6.00 and checked out. That was the worst experience travelling with my family for the last 10 years in Europe, Asia and US. Stay away of this place and be healthy.

So when I checked in they charged me one single room for almost the price of the two I had already booked saying that whatever deal I made through booking doesn't show on their system. The staff promised to call when the room was ready, never received a call so we went up there at 6 to find out what was going on they said oh yea we forgot to call. When we finally got up there the keys wouldn't work and we found out the door battery died and maintence couldn't get it to work so they put us in another room on a lower floor then what we wanted. Will never go back it was a horrible experience!!!
