Review 1：The shower could have had better water pressure and the temperature of the pool was a little too cool to stay in for too long.

Review 2：The staff was fabulous, especially Hailey! She went above and beyond with friendliness and being helpful. Appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport.

Review 3：The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even tho it was a nonsmoking room. Check in took a long time. Little or no communication with the shuttle driver. Took a very long time and another phone call to get a pick up at the airport.

Review 4：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated and clean (with the exception of the bathroom smelling like smoke).

Review 6：The staff was pleasant, helpful; the breakfast room staff were cheery and efficient. The room had minor flaws, but did not hamper the functionality of the room. The hallway had good lighting. The lobby was pleasant to be in. Did not notice any airport noise. Denny's is directly across from the hotel lobby.

Review 7：Close to freeway, easy on and off. Located next to gas station and the Denny's restaurant was handy. It was also nice to have a shuttle to the casino.

Review 8：Nothing. I just wish we had time to use the pool and the workout room, both of which looked great.

Review 9：The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and the ladies kept the food well stocked. The lady making the omelets was very friendly and the omelets were delicious.

Review 10：Our keys never worked on the outside entrances and needed to be recalibrated daily for 4 days. The room seem ed cramped.

Review 12：Mattress in room 133 needs to be replaced. Its life is over. Very uncomfortable. Also back entry door could not be locked as it was broken. Our room was closest to it and felt a bit unsafe.

Review 14：King bed room: very nice looking but we both have bruises from bashing our leg into the corners of the bed multiple times- stuck out a bit too far for location to walkway. Room across from lobby would have been convenient except for the two cops + prisoner having long and loud conversation at 2 am. To go breakfast bag is a pointless joke. 2 nasty nutri grain bars and water

Review 19：The location was great. Even though this is obviously an old location, the company has done a reasonably good job updating the paint, and decor.

Review 20：The headboards are too big and the foot boards stick out into thewalkway. My husband and I had hit the corners several times which causedbruising. If the side boards were taken off the headboard, and movedcloser to the wall, there would be more walking space. There is nofreezer in the fridge. That would be handy for our ice packs, that weuse in our coolers. We had to use ice out of the ice machine. Slow drainin the sink. Only a one cup coffee maker. Besides hitting our legs about4 times, it wasn't the worst place that we have stayed. Definitelyjust a bw though. Wouldn't add the "Plus". Watch out forthe foot-boards! Ouch! :(

Review 21：The room was clean, had a refrigerator, microwave, nice size tv, comfychairs, desk and we had WiFi. Breakfast was really good, and they alwayshad meat of some kind. Customer service was great. Very nice employees.The housekeeper cleaned really good. We were able to have our dog withus for no fee. There is a pool, but no privacy from the front of thebuilding. Nice patio with WiFi access.

Review 26：The hot tub and pool were such a let down. the pool was cold and the hot tub had broken jets. It was dirty and in need or repair work around the edges of the tile both inside and out. Made it feel very unsanitary!

Review 30：Much lower quality than I expected based on reviews, price, & pictures. Linen was dirty & stained when I arrived. The remote did not work. Wooden doors. Old hotel that looks updated just enough to be considered (plus) or 3 star. It wasn't terrible but not the best at all.

Review 32：We were in transit for an overnight stay near the airport before moving on - the staff was so friendly and helpful. My son got bored in the room and went downstairs to the lobby to get a snack. When he did not come back for a while I went to find him. He was sitting chatting with the staff. They were so kind to him and made us feel so welcome.

Review 33：Wi-Fi was so weak (3rd floor) that we couldn't use it. My Wi-Fi analyzer showed all 3 connections very weak. Shuttle service was every 30 minutes which meant we couldn't eat breakfast at 6 when it opened because taking the 6:30 shuttle would be too late for a 7 am flight. We were the only 2 people on the shuttle so a little flexibility to meet our needs would have been helpful. Not a quiet room. We could hear people talking in the hall, doors banging, showers running.

Review 86：This facility advertised they accepted pets. What they failed to mentionwas that they only accepted dogs. I was driving for 10hrs that day witha cat and they denied my stay upon arrival, after it was already bookedonline. This was extremely frustrating and embarrassing. I've neverhad any problems with pets at other Best Westerns and this was verydisappointing. They did find me another Best Western (after I had voicedmy frustrations/complaints) about another hour away, but they werenot apologetic and did not seem to care. Don't expect this place togo above and beyond for customer service. I will not be recommendingthis place to people as their hospitality was below expectations.
