Review 1：The first room I was at had some warped wood on the sliding doors. It's a bit pedantic to point out but I just would have liked for the wood to be better.

Review 5：Great location. 10 minutes to airport - located in the middle of the Tempe nightlife. Nice private pool. Not too crowded. I could not believe the rate we were quoted on booking.com, I had stayed there previously for business at a much higher rate
Review 6：Always have to ask for additional bath towels ( only 3 for 2 people). Towels were tattered, thin and rough. Shower needs updating. Dislike the community shampoo etc. Very little A/C. Lowest setting of 62 still put out warm air.

Review 8：Great location in Tempe, walking distance to everything. Hotel staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. When I just missed the airport shuttle they immediately rustled up a van and drove me solo.
Review 9：The building was being painted everything was covered up and blocked off and the staff didn't realize or understand how much that impacts a visit...we left something by mistake the head maintainence man was RUDE and no compensation for all the construction and hassle

Review 11：You are one block from transit,in the shopping district and several good places to eat it all categories. Never got in our car once it was parked until we left. They do offer pick up from the airport and the transit line also gets you there
Review 12：Generally, the restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were excellent but the reception staff were disinterested, even unfriendly. I did not feel I could approach them with questions or ask for assistance. Customer service is key to a good hotel experience and for that reason, it would affect my decision to return to the hotel.

Review 14：The room was small and could have used a vanity in place of the coffee bar. The dining room was a bit out of the way, but the food and service were good, although a bit pricey.
Review 15：Although there were a few glitches, the staff was very accommodating and made sure that every detail was corrected quickly and were quick to apologize in the form of drink and appetizer comps. The bath products were very nice, and the room was clean The valet service was the best I have ever encountered, anywhere.

At 12:25pm, we arrived for lunch and were told that the buffet was closing at 12:30pm! We had 5 minutes to get food, if we chose the buffet~ not great customer service~
Review 38：The staff went above and beyond for my high maintenance family! The front desk, valet, and concierge were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Review 39：Went through booking.com and when I arrived to check in was unaware of $210 resort fee! This doubled my original room price but after calling booking.com and being on hold for 30 min was able to get the room back to the original rate. So beware!
