Review 1：The only real negative was the bathroom was a little tight for space.
Review 2：I liked that the room had a microwave, refridgerator and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked well. The value was great.
Review 3：They should stop advertising the free wifi. Technically they do offer it, but the signal isn't strong enough to do anything. I've tried, on multiple devices, during everyone of my stays.
Review 4：I've stayed here a number of times and have always had a good experience. It's not fancy, but it's clean and safe and usually very quiet. My most recent stay is the only time there's ever been a noise issue (couple in the next room were fighting late at night). I called the front desk and they handled it very quickly, not a peep from the noisemakers the rest of the night.
Review 5：Carpet was very worn, I would not use the shower unless I was desperate. Paint is peeling off the walls in the bathroom. TV had several lines running through it at the upper quarter of the picture. This place needs an upgrade.

Review 17：The second night we pulled back the sheets and found a bug in the bed. Not a pleasant experience finding that in the sheets. The bathroom (shower and toilet area) is extremely small, if you are a big person I wouldn't recommend this motel at all. The comforter on the bed seemed extremely old, would recommend replacing it. They didn't have an ice machine and sent us next door to the Best Western Hotel to get some ice. The carpet is a dark color and seemed very dirty so we kept our socks and slippers on as much as possible. The WiFi didn't work, I could barely connect with my iPad and then it was lost before I could load any website pages. No breakfast in the morning. That would have been a nice considering most other places have them nowadays.
Review 18：The ladies in the office were very friendly. The overall appearance of the property and room was good. It's a little older but seemed clean for the most part. The TV was nice but had lines at the top of the screen, it should be replaced. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The air conditioner is a window unit and seemed to have trouble cooling the room. But it did do the trick and we slept comfortably both nights.

Review 30：The place is dirty! Very dirty. Such place should never have 7.8 ratinghere. Booking.com, please do some standartozed questions. My experiencewas awful. The cleaners rating should be no more than 6.2. This is waybelow my comfort level.The bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. It was too late to ask to change them, so I had to sleep on them. The kind lady changed them the next day for the clean ones. The bed sheets are all yellow and worn down. Very worm down. To the point it is disgusting to touch them. Everything inside the room were dirty. This doesn't apply to tables they were fine. The windows, the shelves in the bathroom, the bathroom walls, the sides of bedsides tables (I mean sides, as tops were wiped) were covered with black dirt. They wasn't dusty, they was covered with a layer of dirt. You have to check towels all around, if they are ok to use. You cannot put you toiletries on the shelf because it is visibly dirty. The mattress was probably ok, but I cannot separate this experience from dirty sheets and the horror of putting by face on a yellow worn out shapeless pillow in my sleep. And such place have 7.8 rating? Booking.com you are doing something wrong. I won't come again. I'd rather camp, because this was disgusting experience. However, I believe for some people this level of "cleanness" is ok. If it is ok with you, this place is a good one.

Review 32：When I got to my room, I found some dried on stuff that must have spilled on the bedspread, leaving a strange stain and powdery stuff that flaked off. I didn't know what it was, but it should not have been there. t informed the motel staff person, and she replaced it for me immediately, no problem. After that, everything was fine.
Review 33：I liked the location (right on the main street in town), close to everything, including the interstate, the price (very reasonable), the comfortable bed, and the fridge provided in the room. I also really liked being able to drive right up to the door of my room, rather than having to enter a building and lug my bags down a long hall. The building was a little old, but it felt comfortable, and very clean, not sanitized, cold, or lacking personality like the chain motels. I liked the king-sized bed--very comfortable. Overall, I had a fine experience staying there.

There was also a pack of matches on the floor from the previous occupants.There were crumbs on our sheets before we even used them, so I don't know if they had even been cleaned form the last occupants.

Review 58：- door lock did not feel too safe - when the shower is turned on first it pours cold water which warms up later which wouldn't be a problem normally, but because of the setup of the shower head it would flood the bathroom if you don't use the curtain so you should be under the shower when you turn it on... a little annoying, but we could deal with it

Review 62：I travel through St George several times a year and for these trips I stay one night and am definitely a "no-frills" traveler, I want a comfortable bed to sleep in and a place to shower before hitting the road again. This motel isn't fancy, but it makes the grade in 3 areas I care most about: Do I feel safe? Is it clean? Is it inexpensive? As a bonus, the staff is always very nice and it's in a good location

Sad to say, it feels like a risk when something is reasonably priced; but, wow, was I pleasantly surprised. Clean, fridge to store my perishables, coffee for the AM, and COMFORTABLE -- bed, AC, quiet...I couldn't have asked for a better deal. I do a lot of road-tripping and Southwest camping, and I would stay here again for a stopover.
Review 132：That the bathroom was disgusting. The towels to dry your body off were as big as washcloths. The wifi was terrible. The shower smelled like urine. The toilet paper was not a fresh roll but a roll that was almost gone. This place was disgusting!

Review 134：despite being upgraded to a larger room, it looked like the sheets on three out of three beds were not changed after previous visitors. the receptionist girl was not helpful when asked about trivial things such as where to grab a beer. i really believe she did not know it, but putting it here for it is certainly a part of her job to know the neighborhood. wifi worked only close to the reception and the connection was rather slow.
