Review 1：hot water was missing for half a day during our stay . some tractor starts to work at 8:30 in the morning , very noisy because of this.
Review 2：the restaurant seems to be working 24 hrs a day. food is nearly delicious. and there are foxes in the night coming right to the entrance
Review 3：Unfriendly staff, low customer focus, poor breakfast selection, many items in the restaurant menu were unavailable (eg cheese plate, ice-cream, French fries), overall quality of food - not a restaurant, feels more like a canteen. Std room was quite shabby for 5 stars hotel.

Review 5：Nice staff in reception but very poor service in restaurant/bar. Also it is impossible to pay with credit card for any services. And you can put expenses on the room bill only if you leave deposit when checking in. Really not something you expect in 5 star hotel... Breakfast was worst I have ever had in the hotel (even compare to 3 or 4 start hotels)...

Review 13：A housemaid who wanted to clean our room at 10 a.m. every day. And it takes about 15 minutes to go to the nearest bus station. It would be pleasant in good weather but when it's cold and raining it seems too far.

Review 15：Soviet union style of service, not a 5* hotel but maybe 4*. Veryexpensive restaurant and poor quality of cuisine. No water cooler ingym, only 5 fitness machines, possibility for outsiders to visitfitness and swimming pool. Bad organisation, no pay tv channels. Tvfrom last century.
