Review 1：Upon checking in they did not have my information from booking.com which was a bit frustrating. Once she found it she had a negative attitude and even stated "I hate booking.com". As a counselor I began talking to her to change that attitude and she did calm down some and displayed a better attitude.

Review 14：We had never been in the Phoenix airport before. I made reservations for the room before arrival. We stopped at the information desk at the airport, and they had no idea which hotel this was. It would probably be helpful to let the airport staff know ... :)

Review 18：Room's carpet was dirty and chairs were dirty in the room, furniture needed to be dusted. Bathtub shower head was crusty, with hard water build up and bath tub had a huge rust stain in it. Bathroom, was only touched up, not really cleaned. The room was just poorly cleaned and carpet by air conditioner smelled liked it had been peed on. So, we constantly sprayed air freshener on that side of the roon carpet. We could not connect to Wifi. Bathroom sink counter not very clean, had someone's hair strings in it. Wouldn't dare use coffeee maker in starnge motel room. Curtains by the windows didn't fit and there were big gaps where you could see into the room, curtains had to be stretched and pulled to the max, to prevent someone from looking in at us. Luckily we had two queens beds, so we slept in the 2nd one, where there was no carpet ordor. Should have asked to see if another room was available, but is was late.

Review 19：Bed was comfortable, sheets looked clean and smelled good. Staff was friendly, they have a 11:30pm late check in. Decorated, comfortably, nice flat screen TV, nice clean fluffy towels. Good location, across from AZ Mills and plenty places to eat nearby. Best part of the stay was the beds and free breakfast.

The gym was soooo small and not big enough for the amount of people staying there. Also, we were on the main floor and people would walk past at all hours of the night with luggage and the maid bins and it was so noisy.

He is 20 and we are both independent but cannot get a hotel room? The front desk ladies finally called thier boss and asked for an exception that was granted. We want to become guests there again in a few months, but I don't want to have that problem again.

Excellent facilities shame we didnt get to use the pool but needed to press on to Tucson. The day shift manager Curtis also very kindly extended our check out time at no extra cost ! Top marks to hotelTempe and brilliant staff , would strongly recommend staying here.

Review 50：room was poorly maintained: chipped paint, ripped sofa cushions. in-room coffee had decaf only and no creamers or sweeteners. room had not been properly cleaned - I found a store receipt from a previous guest poking out from under the sofa cushions and it was dated some weeks earlier. the bathtub stopper was broken and there were cracked tiles and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. closet doors didn't slide smoothly. there were burned-out bulbs in some of the light fixtures.
