Review 1：The motel didn't have the reservation I made through booking.com, but did everything they could and got me a room. They said that they had had other problems with booking.com.

Review 9：For starters the bathroom door was put on backward. There where holes in the walls. The chair was full of stains. The guy working the front desk complained the whole time about all the work he had to catch up on.

Review 13：In the first room, the sheets had not even been changed! Dirty! Second room had no cold water in sink, bathroom door would not latch, shower was disgusting, and dirt in all the corners! A flop house like this is so not worth what they charge.

The bathroom was filthy, the pool was dirty, the hairdryer started smoking as soon as it was turned on, upon further inspection the room had dust and other signs of poor cleaning, we had to check in an hour later due to the room not being ready to begin with. After all that, we weren't going to stay there. Period.

I didnt want to get close enough to back of bathroom door to see if it was splatters or chips on the door. The sink had rust spots. Turned down the bed to find a live bug. Pictures to prove it. The corporate office would be ashamed to have their name on this motel.
Review 41：I entered the room to find that someone had obviously been using the room as a nap room. On one bed the pillows were moved so one could lay back and watch tv. The remote was on the bed next to the pillows . Then in the sink area a washcloth had been used and tossed aside next to the plastic wrapper from a plastic cup. The cup and a few used Kleenex were in the trash. I called and spoke with the front desk to make sure the room was not double booked and told her what I found. I was offered another room but I am not able to use stairs so I kept the room but would not use the pillows off one bed. The price was higher than I would have liked for a room that was a bit run down. I don't mind paying for what I am comfortable in and this was not it. Also I thought there was going to be a fridge and microwave but I was disappointed there too.

Review 43：Motel located 6 miles from freeway. On arrival I was given a key to a room that was occupied or not cleaned. Went back to desk and got another room. It was also occupied. Got key to third room and it was also not cleaned. Went back to desk and got a refund and left.

Review 45：We found the morning clerk to be rather unfriendly. It may be our mistake that my partner woke up late for breakfast and I switched the waffle machine back on to make him waffles but she certainly did not hesitate to cover her displeasure. However, she did make us the extra coffee when it ran out. So she was nice.

The patch job for the bathroom door waspoorly done with paint missing for a good 3 square inches on doorcasing. Found Pizza cheese packet (mostly empty) between bedstand a bed- on floor that had not been caught by housekeeping from a previous"visitor". I will never stay here again.

The heating/ac was not properly installed ( it could be moved around and you could see outside through the cracks in the sides and top). There were cob-webs on the windows.

There was an old toilet outside on the sidewalk. Another lady complained tht her non-smoking room stunk like smoke. Vry run down hotel, not a 6 out of 10 as ws on your website. Very disappointed. I don't think it was a great price, $107.00 with tax, Motel 6 is much nicer and cheaper in Missoula! We have stayed in about 5 different hotel/motels there in the last year - this was definitely the worst!
