Review 1：The pool area was disappointing with the moisture dripping every where. Also there was no hot water for a shower on Sunday morning. We were in a hurry to get to an appointment so we did not have time to call and report it. We did report it when we left.

Review 3：It's so close to Niagara Falls. And the staff was really warm and friendly and taught us how to reach the falls. The dinner buffet at their on site restaurant is also on point.

Review 4：Room service sucked.They never come at the same time. One morning we went out really early and got back at around 2pm. We wanted to nap and they woke us up the doors was locked and thry kept knocking and knocking until we woke up and told them we didnt feel like leaving the room. So they dropped clean towels on the floor and left. Next morning they were done by 10am so youll never know with them.oh and also one of the ladies was like 'so i can finally take care of your room you guys decieed to leave this morning'. Uncalled for. She only makes your bed. Which doesnt even look neat.And they dont change the sheetS. ITS A REALLY FAST AND SLOPPY THING but we clean uo and organizr ourselves. Apart from the lady from room service EVERYONE at the front desk is really friendly and helpful. We would go back and we arent mad at room service. We arent that picky, but its something to keep in mind.

Review 5：Tje area is quite. The hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go..The pools are super clean and since it was off season we literally had the pools/hotel to ourselves.exactly what we wanted.

Review 6：Parking - off site. Elevators broke. Climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Black mold in the bathroom. Window faced next building about 5 feet away. No continental breakfast. Asked if there was a microwave to pop some popcorn. Was offered a rental for a fee.

We looked up at our bathroom ceiling and it was our neighbor above us ....nasty shower water coming down into our restroom through our ceiling and towel. We did not shower .... Went to front desk ..... They really didn't care or try to make us any happier and I didn't make a big fuss but I should have .... I was offered 20% back from the manager on that morning $13.80 . nothing at all. I work in customer service and that's was terrible .

Review 14：I had the worst hotel experience of my life. Heat in this hotel is not working we changed 3 rooms to get a room with a working AC. Not enough parking spots in the hotel, you need to park cross the street in the middle of nowhere. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are cold cold. Hotel is a bad experience!!

Review 30：The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night both were false alarms and there was no apology or compensation. The hot tub was cold and the wifi didn't work in our room. There is no manager on site on the weekends and I was told he would contact me but he never did.

Review 32：I had requested a baby bed with my initial reservation. When we arrived my husband checked us in, he was told 'NO crib available". We were there to pick up our 14 month old granddaughter. We have a pack and play at home. We didnt bring it due to the hotel promising us a crib. When we had gone to supper and came back with the baby we went by the front desk. The crew working asked us if we were settled in and did we need anything. Well I began telling the man at the desk we needed a crib. Immediately he spoke to housekeeping and got us a crib within 10 minutes. This property went from a 1 to a 8 within 10 minutes.

Review 34：The wi-fi didnt work at all in the room. The front desk claimed it worked just fine but when I got into my room it did not work at all. The room didnt come with a fridge to keep food cool, or even a microwave. Without a thermostat I was freezing the whole night and woke up with a cold. In the morning I went downstairs to find out there was no continental breakfast either. Wish I could get my money back for this horrible hotel. Will NOT recommend to anyone.

Because of the tar smell we burnt incense in our room ( this is a non-smoking hotel) and then were confronted by housekeeping accusing us of smoking marijuana and they were going to charge us an $200 additional room cleaning fee..then had to argue with the staff and have our room inspected at checkout to have the room cleaning fee removed, once they realized there was no smoke odor in the room.

Review 65：Booked room ahead of time, when I asked if they took AAA, they told me they couldn't change the price, also through the conversation found out that the room rate for that night was actually cheaper if we had just walked in off the street! Man at desk called someone, but could not figure out how to change it and got rather irritated when I was not happy with result. Asked if I could cancel and rebook, was not allowed to do that either, no cancellation on previous booked rooms. Online receipt shows $10.00 breakfast per person, when asked about it was told you have to pay that, it was not included, and food was at lounge within hotel, food was awful! Shower leaked, very little water pressure and hot water comes and goes. Wifi did not work either, asked at desk, they told me it was my phone! Worked everywhere else!

The carpet was not clean in the room,the shower water the first night was warm then turned cold, the next day my shower was fine, but water was cold for husband, no hot water. The free parking on sight was full, had to park 2 1/2 blocks away. The desk help said to show room key to attendent,but no one was present,asked Debbie she said staff was to stamp our ticket,which was stamped on leaving,still no garage attendent. I would not stay there again or recomment it. As for breakfast was not included in room,however when I booked was under the impression it was included. I certainly didn't think this was best price for this room.

Review 101：The hotel is so outdated. The walls in the room were scraped up, and there was a hole in one wall. The hallways looked dirty- the housekeepers were cleaning rooms when we arrived around 3:00pm, and they left rags on the carpet up and down the hallway. Limited parking- we were lucky someone pulled out, otherwise they would have sent us to a parking lot off site. The American side of the Falls is definitely not as good as the Canadian side. If I were to visit again, I would definitely go to the Canadian side. We paid a little more for our room on Canadian side and had view of the falls, new room, breakfast included.

Review 119：One bed had no top sheet. When I asked for one, it took approximately 1/2 hour to get it. When you arrive at the hotel after a nine hour drive, you're usually tired. We were. To then have to wait 1/2 hour for the sheets to a bed, and call the front desk twice, is unacceptable to me. The sink area was quite small. The towels were quite old and worn out. The next evening we discovered ants in our room. When I told the woman at the front desk about it, she asked me if I wanted an exterminator. I told her I wanted us moved. Again it took about 1 1/2 hours before they accomplished that for us. Then there was the issue of the shower. Two of us took cold showers and the shower heads were so restrictive it was as if we were standing in a very light sprinkling rainfall. Overall, the park was incredible, but the hotel left something to be desired.

For a Friday night in July, only place that had 2 rooms available on short notice, and for $240 per room per night, you didn't get what you paid for, but they have a captive audience.

Very firm bed, one bed lower in one corner as if the frame was wrong size, cob webs in window behind drapes, drapery hardware coming off the wall, and other signs of age/lack of maintenance. But my biggest concern was the missing door security hardware. Walls were thin and I was thankful for my earplugs. The restaurant on premises has a very low yelp rating so we didn't try it. The restaurant staff were having a screaming argument behind the building as we walked by from eating at the restaurant down the road in a different hotel. I wouldn't book here again.

(But I'm from the south, so excessive friendliness may have me spoiled)..worst part..the night before my check out I ask if I could stay in my room till midnight instead of 11am the next day. The staff told me I'd be charged for a half day extra. Fine great! But the next evening they called to inform me I'd be charged for the whole day. I was not happy about this!!
