Review 1：Even though I'm kind of easy customer, I didn't enjoy this hotel. First shock was at the reception. They took my passport for a while because of security thing as I understood. They didn't know that Turkish people could visit Russia without any visa essentiality. A hotel just like this could know this information. also a hotel just like this could have air conditioning which was adjustable warm or cool.

Review 2：Breakfast was fairly enriched. The spa quality was acceptable but surcharging for the spa was not understandable.

Review 4：Excellent staff in Reception and Restaurant. . Great swimming pool area. Great base to see Peterhof and Puskin -take the Hydrofoil from St Petersburg.

Review 5：Perfect location, and whatever room you take, you will have a nice view (the lake in one side and the church on another). Very good breakfast, room, staff, facilities.

Review 6：The hot breakfast, which looked good, did not live up to hopes. Was a generally cold and soggy. But it was included and the pastries and cereals were great.

Review 12：Air condition is poor. Outside temperature was 15C, but inside it was more than 25. We changed one room because our air condition was not working, but a new room was almost the same. Ekaterina at reception was not helpful at all. (However technical guy was very friendly and helpful).

Supper in the duck and drake pub included good food but diabolical service to the extent they didn't notice me walking out without paying . . En route tao the managers office who refused partial payment and appeared later with a bottle of wine.

Review 18：We needed to pay 10 euro's to use the welness. Both sauna's weren't working, we were not informed upfront. Breakfast was ok, but not great. You can't open the window in the room and the airco/heating system makes a lot of noice.

Comfortable room, with huge bed and reliable wifi. I cannot believe you can get such a high quality experience for such a low price!

Review 24：We didn't want to leave the hotel, it was very comfortable like in our own home, the view from the window was beautiful - we saw a lake with ducks. Staff was very kind and helpful. We really liked the restourant - the breakfast was superb, many different dishes. The menu was big and various :) There are bicycles to rent Also the hotel is near a cathedral church with bells, you can hear nice music. The hotel is silent, you can sleep just fine. The room was big and cozy and the bathroom was big too. Everything was clean and fresh

Действительно бассейн не работал (и мы об том знали заранее), но честно говоря, мы ехали для экскурсий, поэтому нам это не мешало. Все было просто замечательно! Молодцы ребята!

Please note that a buffet breakfast and free access to the fitness centre from 7:30 until 23:00 are offered to all guests. Guests of the Standard Double or Twin Room can access the pool, saunas and spa bath free of charge from 7:30 until 10:00. Guests of the Superior Double or Twin Room can have free access to these facilities from 7:30 until 16:00 and guests of the Suite can have free access to the pool, saunas and spa bath from 7:30 until 23:00.Please note that registration fee for foreign citizens is 200 RUB per person.Guests are required to show a passport upon check-in.
