Review 1：Staff was very nice and accommodating. The facility is very poor and rundown. We wouldnt stay there again due to cleanliness and we are not a couple that expects the nicest place in town when traveling.

Review 11：The rooms were very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable, furniture was old, scratched, and just not nice to look at. The bathroom was very small. The shower head was short and had a very, very basic shower head on it that flooded you with water. It was impossible not to get water all over the bathroom floor. The tub was instantly full and didn't drain well. The toilet made a loud, screeching sound when flushed.
Review 12：Very close to nightlife, dining, shopping. Made a brewery tour and found some great live music in the area. Pretty inexpensive when splitting the cost with friends. We were not in the room much, and were able to justify the cost for 2 nights for a place to crash and take breaks.
Review 13：Our sheets on the beds did not fit. It looked like someone had slept in them. The beds looked unmade. The bathroom appeared unclean. The shower curtain was very moldy.

Had to tape a towel over the vent; mentioned it to staff, no change. Carpet discolored by ground in dirt. Exercised little control over noisy guests. No pride of ownership.

Review 22：Non smoking room but kept smelling cigarette smoke - carpets were nasty and never went without socks but they kind of stuck to floor when walking - bathroom and room very outdated (pink toilet, tub and tiles) - no plug for sink or tub and tub had water standing in the drain - asked for medical discount since reason for traveling and told this was lowest price through booking.com - thermostat didn't work and room was cold @ 70 - continental breakfast but not much choice went somewhere else for breakfast - too high priced for room should be no more than $50 a room or even less - me and teenage son but two different size bath towels but lots of hand towels and wash cloths - won't ever stay again and won't ever recommend

Review 24：Shower was NOT clean. Room was not clean. One outlet -- the only one accessible -- had only one working plug. Bed was hard and mattress flat. Pillows flat. No soundproofing at all. No chain for door so just the one lock. Poorly maintained.

Review 60：I was looking for a budget motel with a pool since I was traveling with 4 children. I found at least two websites that list an indoor pool and even called booking.com to verify there was a pool. I was told there was. When I called the motel the morning of visit, I was told there was not and they would not cancel reservation so I could find a motel with a pool...they admitted there had been a pool til 1 1/2 years ago and they know some websites list one, but still motel was unwilling to cancel reservation. We had some very disappointed children. I could have found another budget motel without pool possibly cheaper.

Review 63：Everything was in good shape and worked well (bed, bathroom, TV, heating/air conditioning, furniture) and was efficient and easy to use with no fuss. Desk staff and janitorial were alert, competent, quick, and efficient. Despite room being A-OK, I saw lots of cans of paint on a pallet that they are evidently about to use to improve even further. Staff made sure to honor my request for a quiet dark room, and city traffic in Missoula wasn't noisy in the first place, it turned out.
