Review 1：No soap, , broken toilet seat, owner was horribly rude & nasty, no coffee maker in rooms, no easily accessible ice machine due to the fact the owner held it hostage! Raised price on the second day of our stay, not fair at all. Could care less about our business, treated us like we were nothing!

The clerk could have almost said something as I checked in but I doubt it would have been in English. Went shopping and came back the heat in the room had not been on. Guess around 40 degrees. Turned heat on and left to come back in an hour. Still "cold". Jumped in bed. Next morning time for a shower. No heat in the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN. Should be rate -1 star. Payed more through web site than their walk-in rate was.

Review 21：The room felt dark and dingey, no blinds on the windows if curtains were drawn. No hair dryer attached to the wall in the bathroom unlike most other hotels.

Review 58：First off, I usually brush things off because I find complaining a waste of time and only submit complaints when absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, this is definitely one of those times. The owners of the Ozark Inn were rude with me when I called simply to confirm my reservation and make sure they had my room ready and available. They wouldn't answer me after asking several times if they even had my name down for a reservation at all. They just kept saying they couldn't tell me until after 2:00 before ultimately hanging up on me. When I showed up, they overcharged me, so I had to show them on my confirmation sheet from Booking.com what the price was that I should be paying. Then, she tried to charge me double taxes and gave me the wrong change. When I said she short-changed me, she argued that she didn't. I showed her proof that she did and she still wouldn't give back the money that was owed to me. I gave up and let her keep my money since she could barely speak English anyway and I was, at this point, late to get back to my business convention. Then, the following morning, they called my room and told us we had to leave an hour earlier than the check-out time advertised at their hotel, (giving my family a little over a half hour to get ready and leave) or they were going to charge us for another day. I did not expect such a dirty room, either. I wouldn't even let my daughter go barefoot on the carpet. I DO NOT recommend this place and definitely won't be back.
Review 59：When I checked in a gentleman charged me $3.00 for key return and when I turned my key in the next morning. A lady was working and I asked for the $3.00 and she said they didn't have a return key charge and the gentleman wasn't there for me to ask and I didn't want to wait around all day for $3.00

Review 61：When we walked in there was pop cans on the air unit. There was noclock. When we took a shower, the shower curtain was moldy. Waterpressure not good. No refrigerator or microwave. Our sheets were notever changed while we were there the 3 nights...we know this is a factbecause we put a dime in between the sheets before we left in themornings and at night the bed was made but dime was in the spot we leftit. We were very dissatisfied and will not ever stay there again. If wewouldn't have paid for the 3 nights we would've left...there isa great motel a half a block down that we had stayed at before that is100% better that we will stay at next time.

Review 64：It is an older motel. Not set up for computers. You need to take along a pigtail for your plug in or slide a table to the bathroom door way to be able to plug it in. Very minimum on furnishings.
