Review 1：The carpet smelt ,TV didn't work and so was the toilet.Garbage was running over in the Breakfast room.No attendant in site. Coffee and milk ran out ,had to telephone help.

Review 6：Over all hotel was horrible disappearing staff halls had stains the room had no toilet paper along with mold behind the toilet. Shower was horrible mold and grim covered shower head stains on the pillow cases stains and cig holes in non smoking room sliding door handle missing curtain's had stains on them .iron board was burnt and stained.overall the room was horrible but never seen single staff personnel at front desk on the stay to complain about the conditions of the room. And the breakfast looked like the same one from morning before just horrible stay all together nothing seemed to be clean wow just can't believe how bad the housekeeping and management was no Care for guests what so ever if stays like that I'd never book there again period!!!!!didn't look like the pictures of the place.

Review 12：The outer doors did not lock. My balcony door was broken, slightly open. the room smelled of mold. Large stains on the curtains, Halls smelled of smoke. The checkout staff told me, they weren't going to bother fixing the door for another 2 years or so, it was too expensive.

Review 16：The receptionist/manager (who looks like an Indian woman) didn't smile or give a warm welcome to us when we checked in. Upon checkout, I handed the card/key, she said' "you're all set!" I said, "Thank you!" She just replied, "Uh-huh". We never heard a word of "Thank you" or "Welcome." What a staff/receptionist! Don't feel like going back there with such bad customer service.

Review 17：Hotel itself is very smelly and dirty. Old carpet as well as sticky, fungus as well as hair all over bathroom foor. There were old couple who dressed in white cotton clothes, they were house keeper. I am not sure why they have these old couples looks 70's as house keeper. Seems like older abused. Older women was basically begged money from us when she saw saw carrying suitcase outside when they havenot even gone to clean our room. Roof was falling off. The ice maker in hallway was broken. Breakfast was horrible. They have no meat or egg products.

Review 36：There were several entrances to the hallways of the hotel that were notsecure. Individual rooms require a card key to enter, however anyone offthe street could enter into the facility. While we were there we saw noriff-raff to speak of roaming the hallways, but the potential is there.

Review 37：They have awesome toilets for big people. Ours was elongated and tank-less of commercial grade. Tremendous flushing power to carry away the'by-products' of 'big producers'. I've been to toomany hotels whose toilets were so small, that unless you were a smallchild or dwarf, it was difficult to do one's business.Also the room were super affordable. We got a great price on it and since we did not spend a whole lot of time in the hotel, the shortcoming mentioned in other reviews didn't bother us.

Review 86：The sliding door was broken into and never fixed so I felt insecure about leaving my stuff there. When we came back after dark we noticed what appeared to be a drug deal so then afraid of our car out there all night! Thank god nothing happened!the carpet and linens were old and drabby, room smelled like a wet ashtray.

Bathroom was dirty, not enough towels, Hair and Dust accumulation on the base of the floor lamp.The trash was in a dumpster and about 5 feet above and over the top. Trash bags all over the ground. When I talked with the front desk she didn't want to hear it and said if I get fired I go to next place. I really want my money back. Did not sleep I sat up all night. I didn't expect a palace but I certainly didn't expect FILTH either. I was embarrassed and humiliated. As I spoke with others there they were also disgusted. This motel needs to be removed as a place to stay. I will be contacting the Board of Health for Niagara Falls as well.

The Balcony window on the ground floor was not closing and worst the bed sheet had big stains which made the stay very uncomfortable. Lamp shades stained, as if had been wet at some point.Tub old looking and black stuff in grouting and around tub and floor, which appears to be mold-YUK! Also tiles in bathroom loose with large water stains. Noted small stains of some sort on bedspread. Just felt overall unclean being there.
