Review 1：Very noisy at night,people slamming doors,tv volume and noise from both rooms next to me was unacceptable! Reception seemed uninterested next morning!my company use Scott's for one night weekly as its close to our workplace.My work suffered next day due to lack of sleep! I have advised my company I won't be using Scott's again!

Review 15：We go to Killarney about six times a year and a few months ago we decided to try your hotel and we were very happy with it so much so we said we try it again and it was even better.When we arrived we were offered a upgrade and when we told the girl at the desk that we had stayed before we got a reduction.We as a couple will be making your hotel our base when we go again.I have nothing put good things to say about the hotel and staff. Review 16：We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! The location was perfect we had everything at our doorstep. The room was so nice and a great size! The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere made my whole weekend! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in Killarney. Can't wait to go back again!

Review 33：The staff were very welcoming and we got a gorgeous room this time. Previously the room was spotless but was at side of hotel facing a wall which was a bit bleak. Breakfast was great at but on a busy Sunday morning there was a 10 minute wait on both occasions. We didn't mind really as hotel was v busy.The waiting staff are just lovely. A smile makes all the difference. Hotel is v central and we def will go back again.

Review 48：When we arrived at the hotel we were given a lovely room overlooking Killarney town. As it was a break away from the children we were looking forward to peace and quiet and watching a bit of tv which wasn't dictated by our three boys at home. There was only one channel working and at that, not working very well! Reception sent a lovely girl up to fix it, who admitted that she knew nothing about tv's and said she would try to get us a room with a tv that worked. She did get us a room with a working tv but in comparison with the first room, it was small dark and dingy, looking out on a flat roof and into other peoples rooms. The room was cold and there was no hot water!!!! The following morning it took ten minutes for the water to heat after letting it flow and even at that it was only tepid. As we checked out we were asked about our stay by the receptionist Even though she said she was sorry to hear about our experiences, she showed no genuine concern or interest.

Review 59：Stayed in room 113 which was situated up over the residence bar and right next to the wooden stairs. Very noisy and got no sleep until 5.30am. Checking out time is 12 but as we got no sleep we were leaving the room at 12.30 and the receptionist rang and was smart and said 'oh are ye staying another night'. This room should be used as a storage room as we paid alot of money for it and this was just not good enough.

Our room was on 4th floor near the alley way where they had live music playing below. So it was quite loud. We didn't mind too much and it finished before 12 (not sure exactly when). However, it distracted from my movie and I found myself singing along to the Irish songs I could hear below from time to time! This just may be a problem for a family with young kids.

Review 76：We booked a double room and were actually given a family room so we had lots a space and extra facilitates such as a mini kitchen with great tea/coffee making facilities, storage, a fridge and even a microwave oven. Nice modern room, with a nice sized TV and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

We're 35 years married this year and we stayed in the old Scott's hotel exactly 35 years ago so it was a trip down memory lane for us and the old hotel was lovely too!

Review 113：Giant bathroom with the smallest corner shower...why? The water kettle leaked, ironing board was falling apart, the iron looked like they bought it at a resale store, walls needed repairs and paint...all this for $200 a night.
