Review 1：When we arrived at the property. (around 3:30 p.m.) we were told by a not very friendly front desk clerk that we would have to wait 30 minutes as our room was not ready. After speaking with the manager he got our room ready in about 10 minutes. I understand that they were really busy, but seriously if check in is at 3 p.m. the rooms should be ready. Maybe hire additional cleaning staff? Also, breakfast should be more than one kind of cold cereal, bagels and something that resembled coffee, but was nothing more than lightly coffee flavored water.

Review 4：The only issue was that the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. So we called and asked for that to be done. It looked much better afterward and we appreciated it very much.

Review 5：A lot of suspicious activity out of the unit below us that made us uncomfortable. Many different people in and out of the room at all times of the night and day.

Review 7：Not what the pics show. There was someones left over mcCkicken in the microwave who knows how long it's been there, stains on the bathroom floor and walls, cracks around the tissue holder paneling, clogged sink and it just felt scuddy.

Review 9：None of the electrical outlets in bathroom worked, hair dryer did not work, old toothpaste on shower walls, tv remote did not work. A man was killed by traffic out front and couldn't get to hotel until 4 hours after my arrival. Reserved King room but got Queen room instead.

Review 10：We were troubled by some of the other people staying there and hanging around outside which made us feel uneasy as women with young children. The Staff were not very professional over the phone.

Review 20：Awful breakfast, barely anything to choose from. I'd highly recommend eating next door at the Miners Café! This café made staying at this hotel all the more worth it!

Review 24：I booked this hotel based on the information (pictures, etc.) provided on here. The room I had was nothing like the pictures shown on the website. It was possibly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in! The room we had was dirty and gross. Cigarette burns on the comforter and night stands. Stained bed sheets and towels. Refrigerator and freezer had build up and was filthy. The bottom part had broken shelves. The drawers in the dresser and night stands were dirty. The walls were sticky to the touch. The toilet and walls in the bathroom were also disgusting. Did not even want to use the shower. Not enough room to list all of the things that were wrong. People standing outside in the breeze ways smoking (needs a dedicated smoking area). I hate to be negative, but I could not honestly find anything positive other than the easy freeway access, some of the employees were helpful, and the clean front desk area.

Review 25：Reception Area. It looked modern and well maintained. Easy freeway access.

Review 26：$140 a night for dirty gross rooms next to freeway in a low end neighborhood. Gang graffiti in desk drawer. Stained bedsheets. Foot print and spit wad on back of bathroom door. Splatter on headboard that flaked off as I cleaned it. 12 old cups of ice cream in "freezer" that neeed defrosting. Not allowed to take free breakfast back to your room. Non-smoking room stank like cigarettes. People standing outside our door smoking (needs a dedicated smoking area). As we 1st pulled in a woman was walking out of a room counting a handful of money. People were in and out of rooms all night making noise and this was mid week. Due to conventions only place left w/vacancy when we booked on short notice.

Review 28：the power went out still don't know why! it got real hot with no AC 4 hours with out! needed towels by the pool and hot tub. wish the pool was inside!! not much TV channels.

Review 32：To many what appeared to be street walkers and crack addicts. Ice machines don't work coin laundry all machine don't work. All Vending machines empty. Other guests asked too bum cigarettes twice and I don't smoke. Overall I wont be back

Review 34：police were there all night long, people running up and down the stairs banging on doors yelling and screaming keeping me up all night long. This place is a good place if you are a druggie alcoholic or a prostitute. definitely would not recommend to anybody, and if you have kids you definitely should not stay here it is not a place for them. to tell you the truth it was very scary especially staying alone by yourself and I will never do it again.

Review 36：the first morning we went for the continental breakfast there was practically nothing. We asked for milk or bagels the clerk brought out plain bread and said this was all they had. It was 8:10 am, 1-1/2 hrs before service was to end...we didn't go back the rest of our 4 days there....

Review 44：No dead bolts on door, I was afraid of someone breaking in. The carpet in the room was filthy and turned our white socks black. The whole place was run down, not good for families wanting a nice place to stay.

Staying in room above one of ours. long wait before we could check in trying to find them a safe room where they could still smoke and not be seen. Price quoted did not match what they wanted to charge. Ours rooms were not together as requested. Someone was in adjoining room that my daughters were in and they were able to open the adjoining door and come into daughters room. My daughters had to push things in front of door to stop them from coming in. Some lights not working in both rooms. Very load people outside our room late night and very early morning. Sirens all night, and police vehichles driving through all night (probably checking on threatened family), but still very unnerving. Sirens all night, ambulance lights pulled in during night . Very hard bed. Needless to say no sleep.

Review 57：Filthy room: counters, sink, surfaces, carpets, etc all visible dirt and grime. Most staff no habla english or seemed to give a damn.

We stopped here during a cross-country move and I was worried about our moving truck in the parking lot, but the front desk did have security cameras on the lot and nothing was stolen.

I was told he was "too busy" at the moment. He took my room number and said he would get back with me and he never did. The other people ended up not booking a room at this hotel because of this. The outside of this hotel looks a little sketchy. My 13 year old son at first did not want to stay, but he was ok once we were inside the room. Not very many TV channels to choose from, especially for the kids.
