Review 1：Spa center service: the quality of procedures doesn't correspond tothe cost of services. Actually very expensive compare with others spa inthe city and the suburban location. It t was very strange to find only 4towels for two of guests in the bathroom ( 2 big, 2 small, 1 fo foot).Discussion with the maid and an explanation that there have to be 8towels and one towel for foot not crowned the success. So, with thedeclared four stars hotel it is necessary to take the towels withitself. воспользовавшись недешёвой услугой в спа-салоне была оченьогорчена качеством, формальное отношение косметолога, быстро как-то..."тяп-ляп"... аналогичные услуги делаю в других спа в течение двух часов.здесь всего час, не комфортно, но дорого. в ванной комнате обнаружиливсего четыре полотенца (2 больших, 2 маленьких, и одно для ног) для двухгостей, что вызвало сильное удивление. на вопрос горничной был полученответ, что "так положено". странно, ни в одной европейскойгостинице разных категорий не видела такой экономии, для заявленныхчетырёх звёзд минимум не солидно, но и является нарушением норм гигиены.неужели, я должна одним и тем же полотенцем вытирать лицо и руки, телоголову?!? на одного гостя по нормам выделяются 4 полотенца, плюсполотенце для ног.

Review 2：Nice place, good location, good service, very taste nutritive breakfast,good food and menu in the hotel restaurant. хороший отель, удобноерасположение, вежливый персонал на ресепшен, питательный завтрак-большой выбор горячих блюд, порадовал ресторан в самой гостинице.

Review 3：For a hotel having SPA letters in its name, SPA facilities are below average. SPA area needs improvement. Soundproofing is very poor. Through the door you could hear everything happening in the hall. Location is not very strategic. If you are driving its ok or organised tour to Peterhof otherwise you gonna have to wait for a questionable bus to get to the Peterhof or to the city.

Review 6：In a rush I booked wrong dates and needed to stay on the same day I was talking to them, a weekend when they had 2 weedings. Despite being "no cancellation alteration booking" the hotel agreed to do just that, giving us a room that night at a small extra charge to equal their "book at the desk" rates. Grateful and impressed. A pleasant small hotel with a great spa and some very good service but dubious food service.

Review 7：bad pillows, bad location near a noisy road, only terrible crowded buses and marshrutkas can bring you there (we didn't have a car), long way from the train station

Review 12：The hotel is the best choice for families with cars, that want to visit the Petergof palaces complex. Just 5 minits from the fontaines. Staff is correct and aimiable. Breakfast is OK, but fisrt day we came to the restaurant there was nothing at the plates. Only one girl tried to fulfil the dishes but it was a big enter from Moscow and the restaurant was really crowded. So overal very positive attitude.

Review 13：You cannot start a walk from the hotel as there are no pedestrian sidewalks on the way to Peterhof or Strelna. So you need a car or to take a bus to go anywhere. Breakfast was very average for such a hotel.

Review 14：The spa centre is new and very good, all the steam rooms and water massages and the various saunas work well (usually in most other spa centres they don't). The pool is small but nice (especially the part going out of the building). The rooms are very spacious.
