Review 1：Traffic noise, but wasn't expecting anything less.
Review 2：Got to cook our breakfast. Comfy clean and relaxing. No one above us and no one below. Very peaceful (besides traffic) all in all a good time.
Review 3：Skeptical as soon as we pulled in the "driveway". We didn't even get out of our car because there were trashy looking people knocking on our windows!! There was no way we would even get out to go check in!
Review 4：Only superficially tidy (carpet was stained and dirty, trash under the bed, grimy walls), outdated and not working appliances, sketchy neighbors, short drive but long walk to town

Review 6：Noisy street. Thin walls -- had to listen to a loud neighbor's phone conversation one night while trying to go to sleep. (Bring earplugs)
Review 7：Lovely foliage outside the back. Felt like I was in a terrarium! Also liked the DIY decor. Very cute! Right across the street from Stumptown Brewery -- enjoyed watching Game 3 of the World Series with the locals.
Review 8：Did not like that BOOKING.COM told me it was close to Healdsberg. 20 + miles away. No ammenities, they do not change sheets no matter how long you stay. Only give you towels upon request. Had to prepay so was stuck for 3 nites. Please check these out before you put on recommended list. Would like some kind of refund.
Review 9：The location is right off the main road so the traffic driving by is noisy into the night. You can also hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are saying/doing. The accommodations weren't terrible but definitely not worth what we paid. It was basically a B&B style Motel 6.
Review 10：The staff was very friendly & the location was really close to downtown Guerneville.
Review 11：The walls are paper thin. We didn't get much rest while we were there. It seemed like my neighbors were in the same room with me. We could hear every word of their conversation and they stayed up until 3:00 am both nights of our stay.
Review 12：The location was perfect. I was in town for the Russian River Jazz Festival which was located in Johnson Beach. I was a mile from the venue! We didn't have to worry about the traffic coming in for the festival.
Review 13：I'd give it 5 stars if the light just outside my door had been working. It had a burned-out bulb, though, so I climbed 14 steps in the dark while carrying luggage. 5 times. Unfamiliar terrain. That's not safe for a 50-something person with a bad knee and a bad ankle. Light would really have helped. I liked the place a lot, though.
