Review 1：No lighting on our landing, not a great deal of variety at breakfast but still very good.
Review 2：Location, value for money & considerate hospitality. We were on motorcycles & they kindly gave us access to a secure garage near by, very welcome.
Review 3：Although staff makes an effort to be friendly and helpful, this hotel makes a certain 'tired' impression due to long overdue renovations and maintenance (lights on hallway, curtains undone, paint chipped). I got a little disappointed when though the hotel from their side isn't 100% on the mark in its service (e.g. confirmed booking not received on arrival) , when I checked out 15 minutes later than the announced check out time, they made me pay a full day extra and staff wasn't very gracious about it. As a frequent business traveler this came across as overly rigid. In any case, for this price there is better value available in close proximity to this hotel.

Review 5：Good location - 100 yards from central square. Room comfortable enough, if a bit "tired". Nearby bar De L'Amitie friendly. Choice of reasonable restaurants nearby. Area suitable for younger travellers interested in, say, walking or kayaking.
Review 6：We changed our room + breakfast reservation to "half board". We enjoyed a marvelous dinner (both drinks and food) at very reasonable price. Easy to park a car. Very good wifi and breakfast, good room. Well located hotel in La Roche.

Review 20：Not a "dislike", just be aware the stairs to the rooms are tight by American standards (ie you are not in America). :) I did not see an elevator, but that is also not typical. And the staff is very helpful.

Review 22：In over 40 years of staying in hotels this is only the second time that I have had to complain about noise,when I did I was told the occuparys of the room above were freinds of the managment and the noise would stop soon as the people were up at 06.00 in the morning and they were right MORE noise.The hotel is on a hill on the main route out of town and the double glazing is not that good so more noise.

Review 25：The hotel is central in this pretty little town which caters for holidaymakers with a lot of restaurants and gourmet speciality shops. The building is old but well maintained, although the stairs are dark and steep.The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was large with bath and shower over the bath.. Good value for money, a nice continental breakfast. Staff very helpful . some English spoken as well.

Review 29：Hotel Du Midi is a simple and relaxing hotel centrally situated in an attractive town. To get there by public transport, take Bus 15 from Marloi Station. Check times of buses as service is not frequent. The hotel room was fairly basic but clean with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. The restaurant provided very good food in the evening, highly recommended. Good service with a smile. Breakfast was OK but a few more choices would have helped (boiled eggs would be good to add). But what there was was of good quality.
Review 30：It was late at night.. and after a long drive, hungry, I walked into the neighbouring hotel by accident and managed to checkin and pay in full for 2 nights. Only at 1h that night after my friends and I returned to the 'correct' hotel did we realise my error. The Manager at Hotel du Midi was incredibly accommodating and, not only awaited our arrival the entire time we were at dinner; he, the following morning, spoke with the neighbouring hotel, explained the issue and facilitated a full refund of our monies which was a transparent illustration of the warm, efficient service we received for our entire stay. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast of good quality plus the location of the venue was perfect. We were all charmed and pleased with our stay at this hotel.
