Review 1：Staff were poor communicators, apathetic, unfriendly, no greeting, no eye contact When we called inquiring about parking the staff was unable to direct us properly. They mumbled the street name but failed to clarify which parking facility, they could have spelled it out for us instead of rushing and garbling over the phone. They could have been more courteous, they were just plain incompetent.

Review 3：We booked two rooms and requested two queen beds in each room. When we arrived, the staff member said she didn't see that request and they didn't have any for our stay. One of the rooms had a queen bed and a sofa bed, which was fine for 3 of our group. The other one reeked of smoke. It was awful. Even the girl who worked for the hotel agreed. Unfortunately, the only other open room was a room with a queen bed, no couch. So, two of our friends had to share a sofa bed, which was inconvinent. The girl said sorry and she would let her boss know, but we didon't hear anything back.

Review 5：reserved the room for $5 less than what I was charged. Spoke to the front desk about it and was told I would get a refund and never did.
Review 6：they had a place for us to stay on short notice when another hotel forced us out of our reservation.
Review 7：They charged me with a cleaning fee higher than the room itself for just one night (around 56 u$s). I ended up paying a luxury hotel price. There is no pool, a permanently closed door separates your room from the other so you hear everything, no parking lot (it's confusing when making the reservation, and that made me a even higher cost, 30-40 dollars per day a nearby parking lot).

Review 9：The hotel is small and noisy behind the wall is next room. So, wether we can sleep and have a quiet time at night depends on the people in the next room.
