Review 1：The bed needs new mattress and new pillows. Neither one comfortable. The TV need to be at a different location or mounted so it can be turned to an angle. Have to be directly in front of the TV to watch it.

Review 2：Room smelled at first but wasn't unbearable. Bagels in breakfast station had mold on the bottom - disgusting!

Review 3：Stayed 2 nights for ACC Championship and wasn't in the room except for sleeping so couldn't complain too much. Right off 85 which was nice.

Review 5：I can't remember her name, but the front desk lady had a great personality. When I checked in I was informed they do not accept cash so she gave me perfect directions to where I could load money on a card. She was extremely helpful, and I will stay there again my next trip to Charlotte.

I left because it was unsafe and stayed at another hotel that was in a good location and well kept. I would not even advertise this hotel because it made me question booking.com.

Review 14：The hotel is right next to expressway and I heard traffic all night long. The breakfast was too basic and the coffee was cold. I would not stay there again.

Review 15：Rooms were very small and bathroom even smaller. Seems like an older hotel that could use some renovations. Beds were way too soft. Requested non-smoking, but there was still a faint smell of cigarettes in the air.

Finally got my price after showing email. Was woke up by yelling coming from above, after it had gone on for 1 hour, I reported it to front desk & they said would check on it. Yelling went on for another hour.

Review 30：Nothing because I booked weeks in advance and left note that I wouldn't arrive until late night/ early morning. When i arrive they said they have my room away. Which left me scrambling for a place to sleep after a drive from Ohio to Charlotte at 2:30 am. Very dissatisfied.

Review 31：The system the hotel has holds the funds for the reservation. My total for the trip was $160. But it charged me twice and when we tried to get it fixed, it charged another $79! So $238 more than I should have been. I was here for a hair show and was expecting to buy tools and products for work and I couldn't do that because all the money I planned to spend had been used by the hotel!

Review 33：When I arrived, my booking was not in their computer, even if I had Booking.com confirmation in hand. So they asked me to contact Booking.com, after half an hour they gave me a room, but instead of charge me 59 US$/Night, as I booked originally, they charged me 79US$/Night. Not fair!!!

Review 36：During my only night staying, an individual tried to open my door; if the top latch wouldn't have been applied, they could had easily come into the room creating at least a conflict. I called front office and told them about this situation; they send one of their personnel, I talked to him, and he refer to a "dude" wondering around not knowing were his room was. But I didn't hear from the front office anymore. As I spent a sleepless night, wondering how anyone would had open my door, since they told me that no other key were issue to my room. This is still unacceptable, when my life was put at risk, and there were no apologies or interest in solving the situation at hand. I sincerely hope that management take care of this vey unpleasant situation.

Review 37：The location closeness to the highway.

Review 38：The man who checked us in was particularly short talking and swiped my credit card without telling me how much our stay would cost. He handed us our room keys and made no effort to offer directions to our room. As a result, we walked around the 2nd floor for all of 15 minutes trying to locate our room, only to find that it was on the interior of the building.

Review 39：The bed was very comfy, more so than we expected for the price. We also appreciated that the pool was open after Labor day, as we stayed in late September.

Review 42：It took 3 hours to get someone at the front desk to send housekeeping up to vacuum food from the rug when I first checked in. I had to wait until the next day for a hairdryer as mine was broken and apparently no replacement available. The garbage overflowed and smelled horrible at the pool site. The sitting chair was stained and a respirator was needed with all the mold in the bathroom. The air conditioner worked sporadically and I got to pay full price for all that excitement. Never again!

Review 43：The bathroom tub, floor were really grubby and off-puting. The carpet also unvacuumed. The furniture upholstery was frayed and dirty, so, I didn't want to sit in the chairs The electrical sockets don't work well....loose.

Review 55：Not much emphasis on clean here. Curtain was practically torn down when I checked in. Seems housekeeping should have reported it and have it fixed prior to a guest arriving. Also the sink was clogged and not draining. Furniture seemed well worn and run down for a "Quality" inn!

Review 57：I felt bad for the woman at the front desk. The motel was slammed due to many missed flights at the airport, and she was doing it all alone. She was terrific and very professional, despite the under-staffing and the one jackhole patron who tested her to the max.

Review 82：the accommodation was very poorly kept. there was a hole in the bathroom door. One of the steps up stairs was 1/4 broken off. the elevator did not work. There were weird notes in the room in two places. they both said "The Faceless One". One was in the bathroom and the other was in the bedroom high up on the mirror so I could not reach it. I will not stay in a Quality Inn again!

Review 83：Our group had three rooms. Two of the rooms looked as if they had been recently renovated. Ours however was dark, the room smelled strongly of smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room, there was mildew in the shower.

Review 84：The location is convenient to the airport and to the highway for driving downtown. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door. The bed was very comfortable.

Review 85：The carpets were wet, the room smelled like moldy cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. All the furniture looked beat up. Beds were so tiny! The hotel seemed to be located next to some sort of truck depot so all you heard all night was the sounds of trucks beeping. You get what you pay for I guess.

Review 92：the shuttle only runs every half hour even though the hotel is very close to the airport, so we got a taxi instead of wondering how long we would need to wait. The bedding had cigarette burns the dresser had a chick of the top missing that had been patched poorly with putty. Thank goodness we were only here for a quick stay 6 hours.

Review 93：we only interacted with one of the shuttle drivers and one front desk woman who were both very nice. The Cracker Barrel was a short walk away which is always nice.

Review 94：mold in bathroom, shuttle pick up not organized. When you are arriving home from a long trip, the last thing you want to do is play guess work as to where the shuttle will pick you up from. Shuttle vans need to be replaced. Damaged and very dirty (embarrassing to the hotel IMO)

Review 101：It was in the perfect spot. Stayed the night for a Panthers game the next day. The room and bed were very clean, and bathroom were a bit small but still nice. Easy check in even though we got there later than we expected. The breakfast wasn't what we wanted the next morning but there is a cracker barrel right within walking distance in the parking lot. Sabrina was very good at checking us in and even gave us a tv guide and explained how the remote worked. Guess it was messed up.

Review 102：A group of people went by our room or checked out very early and they were talking at the top of their voices. I dont blame the motel for it but it was the only annoyance during our stay. Some people have no consideration for others.

Review 104：I saw homeless people and the staff eating in the breakfast line. One homeless guy filled up his bag with all the food, and then the next day they hotel was out of much of the breakfast food, including the drink machine was cut off by 9:15 (breakfast is until 10). Also the staff ate right in front of us and did not even go to a back room. There are cameras overlooking the breakfast line if I were upper management I would take a look. Serious problems at this location!!

Review 108：When we walked in the room we had no pillows on the bed. I went to call the front desk and there were no buttons on the room phone. We then got in touch with guest services and they told us to pick up pillows at the front desk. We went down there and they gave us two for a double bed room. We had asked for more and they could not provide them to us. Icing on the cake was when we could not turn our lights off in the room with out taking the light bulb out. So needless to say had the worst night sleep ever sleeping on the bed with NO pillows. Worst experience ever would not recommend this place.

Review 127：my smoke alarm detector's battery was low and needed a new battery. It would cherp every 30 seconds..i informed the front desk and she contacted the maintenance person to replace the battery..i guess they were real busy, after 1 1/2 hours..i decided to go to the front desk and ask if they had a battery and i would change it myself. they provided me with one and i swapped it out and got a good nights rest. all in all, that was no biggie for me, however, if it were someone who did not know anything about detectors or someone elderly than myself, that might have been a problem.

They were also knowledgable pertaining to local eateries and events. the room was clean and the bed comfy. i had noticed the amount of noise due to traffic and highway noise along with the close proximity to the Charlotte Douglas Int'l airport. as soon as i closed my door to the room inside, i heard nothing. Excellent! and the price for the room was very reasonable compared to the surrounding hotels at such a short notice for booking the room.

Review 129：I didn't like how the first room we checked in had no a/c (something we didn't realize until we got unpacked & settled in) and had to switch rooms to a room that was upstairs and farther from our original room. The 2nd room was better though.
