Review 1：When I book online I was given the option to pay with cash which I took as I do not own a credit card. I had to use my debit card for collateral which was fine. When I arrive at the hotel how ever I'm told I can't pay with cash, and since I live in the same city for some reason that means I have to use a credit card to pay for the room. The clerk refused to rent us a room. Luckily I found another hotel that was more than happy to take My cash. Scrambling to find a new hotel was certainly not the way I wanted to spend my birthday however.

Review 2：Traveled with son and his family. Their suite was fairly clean and worked well. Our room was not clean and heater did not work well. There were no sheets on or for the hide-a-beds in either room. Desk clerk acted as if we were an imposition when we asked for help.

Review 3：Having to walk upstairs I didn't think to book one on first floor due to no elevator. And it was a tad bit noisy but we didn't complain cause it was new years eve ppl were just having fun.

Review 5：I didn't like the fact that others didn't pick up their dog poo. I found myself picking up for my dogs and others just to keep from stepping in it when returning to my room. Think there should be strict regulations for that. It's hard to found places like this for ppl who travel with pets and it would be a shame for some to ruin it for the rest!

Review 6：The property needs some up dating but overall the place is one I would return to for a extended stay because the rooms were spacious and conveniently located to the mall and main attractions on the south side.

Review 9：I arrived a little early , and the room was getting cleaned ...I asked if I could put a wedding dress in the closet that was the only reason for the room to hide a dress. They said no come back in an hour it would be ready. I came back 2.5 hours later just to be told the same thing . At the point the cleaning lady came around the corner and saw what was happening she said that it would be fine she only had to vacuum. So the cleaning lady was very kind and the girls at the desk were not they were having a bite to eat and could care less about the customers entering the lobby I got the impression that I was more of a nuisance than a customer Maybe just bad timing. This is what I would have liked to see Hi How are you...Know I am sorry your room is not Ready But I would be glad to see if we can hold on to the dress for you

Review 10：Had a 2 yr old with us and found lighters, trash, dirty objects etc under beds, couch, dresser. Stayed for 2 days and room was not cleaned or towels/room ammentities were not replaced daily. Had to go to the front desk for towels, etc.

Review 12：I was very disappointed to find out that our room had been given awaybefore we got there. Yes we were upgraded to a bigger suite, but it wasa smoking suite and it smelled awful!!!! They had no other room to moveus to and none of the other hotels in the area had any rooms available.

Review 29：need to update interior somewhat but the out doors exterior definitely needs a makeover my kids got splinters from the stairs nails were sticking out on the banister, for a nuthouse it was only dishes enough for three or four people with no hand towels no little dish soap seems like I had to go big-time grocery shopping before trying to cook a meal. We might as well have eaten out what that cost.

I was told none of the Suites had a kitchen but the unit nextto me had one. I was overcharged for the Suite I was in for not havingthe items I ordered and will not recommend staying there again.

Review 40：Was not really a Hotel, most people actually live there. Only had 10 minutes of hot water for showering. When we asked about the hot water they said the maintenance man only work M-F so they couldn't do anything about it till Monday. Since we were only staying for the weekend, this didn't help our situation with the 6 of us needing to bathe, because 2 people could not take a bath at the same time, even though there are 2 bathrooms. Ran a tub of water and had hairs floating in the water from the drain. Didn't look like they spent much time cleaning it up. The glass sitting on the sink had lip marks and food stuck to it. The coffee maker had mold in the top of it. The front door leaked cold air so the heater stayed on all the time, making the upper part of the unit too hot to sleep. (Mind you this is supposed to be a green company, which actually means.... they do not change you bedding every night or give you clean towels unless you ask. Not really the true meaning of a "GREEN" company. They should be fixing the air leaks, as this is causing more electricity to be used = Not Green at all)

Review 42：I came into my room and the floor was covered in leaves. I dropped a button on the floor and when I went to look for it near the bed I found that under the bed was filled with trash old food and half eaten candy. When going to use the dishes I found that the cups were covered in dirty water spots. Though I let it go for the first day because I thought it would get cleaned within the fallowing days of staying I never once saw a cleaning lady. I had to clean up my own mess which was ok but having to clean up after what was already there is ridiculous.

Review 44：We have a family of 7. This makes traveling hard. In order to accommodate everyone, we always have to get a suite which gets very expensive. This room was wonderful and the price was amazing!! Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and to the company for being affordable.

Review 45：The stairs going to the room were small and hard to carry things up. The floors were clean in the middle but not under the funiture. The floor in kitchen was clean in the open area but around appliances was nasty. We only has a small roll of toliet paper ran out.

Review 49：This place needs somebody with a critical eye for cleanliness to walk down all areas including the lobby where the door to the office area was really dirty around the door knob from years of use without cleaning. Rooms need attention, Our toilet was loose and rocked back and forth. I am surprised that it did not leak into the floor below. Door to closet off track and food and bones were all over outside of the door to the room.

Review 58：It seemed like a week to week apartment complex rather than a suite hotel. The interior was somewhat dated and exterior rundown. Our unit was not cleaned or supplied with new towels during our entire stay. There were also many dogs staying there that you could hear barking through the walls. There were also too many sketchy people around and quirky things going on during our stay.

Review 62：I called TWICE to confirm that A.-There was a crib on hand and they KNEW they still had the crib and B.- It would be available for me to use on the day I came. Both of my questions were answered with a yes! But on the day we arrived, the crib magically disappeared and there was nothing they would do for us, not even a sincere apology. We complained the day we got there and also on the day we left, and both times our complaint was met with a simple nod. No apology, no discount, nothing. We got a TERRIBLE nights sleep because of this problem of no crib. Our baby screamed half the night because I had to sleep with her in my arms sitting up so she wouldn't be suffocated, and she would've rather slept in a crib like she is used to. Coffee they serve is gross, breakfast food is not that good, hot water was very sketchy.

Review 73：Everything was WONDERFUL! We got to Missouri a day early & were able to check in which was Awesome for us! Everything was clean & very comfortable! Having the full kitchen was nice too! It was really nice that it was stocked with utensils & pots & pans! Clean towels everyday & our room was right close to the pool & office area which made it easily accessible for breakfast eating & also to get pool towels. We even used the BBQ in the patio area!

Review 75：We stayed in Springfield here at the arbor suites to avoid traffic in Branson. Although we didnt spend much time in our room it was the best I have stayed in for awhile. Not only was there a kitchen,but they actually had plates & things if you needed to use them. Not something you usually see when out of town.

Review 76：Carpet was a bit dated and the matresses were a bit uncomfortable. The first time we stayed, we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. But the second time, there were several younger adults with glass beer bottles around the pool and hot tub area which kept us from getting in. And they occupied the both the pool and hot tub for over 4 hours.

The room smelled clean, as well as the linens. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Pool and hot tub both clean. Great location, many restaurants very close by.
