Review 1：You have not returned the $60 incidentals deposit as promised. I was told it would go back to my card on January 19th, but as of today that has not happened. They would be better off saying it will take a few days.

Review 5：The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had an overnight layover in Phoenix. Breakfast was great. The hotel had an upscale feel on a moderate budget.

Review 6：Some of the breakfast items were cold, i.e. sausage and eggs. But there was a good selection for both kids and adults. I liked that fresh fruit was available.

Review 7：The location made it easy to go to ASU for the clinic and several places to eat in the evening. Having the bus available to take us to several locations was great. Hotel staff and drivers were very helpful and courteous.

Review 11：This was not a big deal, but we found the layout of the room a little strange, with the toilet and shower completely separated from the sink.

Review 12：We loved how the entire facility was so clean, inside and out, that it sparkled! Kudos to the cleaning and grounds people! The room was very comfortable. The interior design of the lobby, eating areas, and room was tasteful and beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty and substantial! And the shuttle service was a huge bonus - we got to walk the Mill Avenue area and not worry about parking!

Review 13：The non smoking rooms we got were smelled with smoked and we looked into 4-5 rooms until we found a room that was not smelling so bad.

Review 22：Good clean rooms with comfy beds. Very nice and friendly staff. I was initially concerned about how much it would cost me to take a cab to my place of work, but the staff were very helpful and arranged for the shuttle pick and drop off anytime I required it....even to Target!

Review 23：-The guy who made the check in for us was very rude and he has no experience at all how to talk politely with the check in customers, he thinks we are checking inn into the street or his own house. If this hotel wants to keep going the management must replace this guy immediately because I work in hotel reception and what he did was so much bad and awful. I won't come here again at all. -Cleaning lady start knocking the room door at 9:30 am !!! but check out time is at 12:00 pm.

Review 24：Excellent place to stay with our 4 grandkids. The suite was perfect and they had a blast in the pool and on the putting green. Breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful!

Review 25：The egg dish was not good it was mushy and the fresh fruit bowl needed to be refreshed we were both disappointed with the breakfast.

Review 27：Christian, the desk manager was wonderful. Very, very helpful and very polite. All other employees were helpful and courteous. The place was clean, room was great, spacious and well apportioned. Fast wifi. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this property. Would definitely recommend, especially to people with big families, we had a total of 6 and were all very comfortable. Pool was great and location was very convenient.

Review 28：It is not that I didn't like it but the housekeeping staff would yell to each other from other rooms on the walkway and I found that annoying. It didn't matter that it was midmorning it was loud. They were otherwise very pleasant, helpful, and did a great job! Also anyone who had a rolling suitcase or staff moving tools/supplies made a racket on the first floor because of the tiles. Someone went by every morning very early with some sort of cart and it woke me up every day. On the weekend I heard every guest who was most likely leaving early for a flight at 3-4 AM.

Review 31：I liked practically everything. My room was cleaned and the linen changed every single day. It is in a quiet location and generally a good place for a business traveller. As I was not looking for a 5-star hotel, I give the hotel an excellent review for surpassing my expectations! They even offer free shuttle to nearby places! I will definitely be going back there.

Review 32：When we first arrived, our room AC didn't work properly. However, after we complained, we were assigned to a new room where the AC worked perfectly. On a day when the temp hit 117 degrees, we needed good AC! Front desk was very responsive.

Review 33：Room was very small, refrigerator didn't work, ice machine and elevators were awfully far away. Bathroom wallpaper had pieces of masking tape holding up a section. Rooms AC was about 8 inches from one of the beds and blew directly onto the bed, also didn't have a constant auto fan function so I would have to wake up to turn the AC on and off. The walkways outside the room on the third floor were somewhat slanted and it made my kids very nervous walking around up there.

Review 54：The Red Lion is always clean, comfortable and welcoming! Breakfast is included with your stay. Selection is warm and inviting. They do offer shuttle service from Sky Harbor Airport.

Review 55：This was our first time staying at Red Lion Inn. We chose this hotel because we could bring our dog. We stayed at some other dog friendly hotels in the past and the room were not so clean. But we were very pleased that our room was very clean. I thought that they were paying attention to details from users point of view. Staffs were very nice and professional. Great breakfast. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Review 58：This is at it's heart an old motel and the updates in room decor can't hide that. The bathrooms are tiny with some having the sink away from a separate stool and tub room. Sinks were part of the update but unfortunately not the stools and tubs. The tub in our room this time was considerably stained.

Review 59：The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The lobby is a master piece of interior design. The landscaping makes the walk to and from the rooms quite pleasant. Breakfast is reasonably good with better than average coffee. Rooms are clean.
