Review 1：There was a bar downstairs that had very slow serive. The drinks were not that great. However the food was fairly good.

Review 2：Our room very clean every time we got back from the park. Which they also provided a shuttle that took us to Disney. The shuttle had many flexible times for pick up and drop off. We also had a nice view that overlooked the inside of the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Hyatt Hotel for making our stay comfortable.

Review 3：There was a huge wedding in ballroom and they blocked off hallway to parking lot made it uncomfortable to walk to your car. Wedding guest also took over hotel bar.

Review 4：Had stopped at the brewhouse restaurant located in the lobby for appetizers and drinks...wasn't told how enormously portioned they were and unreasonable price. Not a very money savvy experience. Minus points for that!

Review 9：We booked a kids suite which was a great size. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. There was a large king bed in one room with a TV and bunk beds in the other with a TV which gave the adults and kids a little privacy from each other. The pool area was great with table tennis, tennis and basketball courts as well which was good for the teenagers. It was close to many restaurants and shops. The Outlets at Orange was a 10 minute drive - very good for shopping. The gymnasium great - large and well-equipped. Great location for Didneyland.

Review 10：I came in under what I thought was a corporate rate. At check out I realized it wasn't a corporate rate and the check out clerk couldn't do anything about it.

Review 12：The beds are very squeaky - we moved rooms because of this only to find the new room was just as bad. The only downside of the hotel is its location near to a fire service base - with all the wild fires and drought in California the sirens were often heard at night.

Review 13：Great location for Disney, LA, Outlet shopping etc. Starbucks for Breakfast as well as restaurant and bar meals. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Shuttle bus to Disney was every half hour although it only takes 30 mins to walk. Two small pools with comfortable padded loungers - rarely busy.

Review 17：The late night food prep and service staff were less than good. The bathroom needed work on the shower. The room in general just seemed for lack of a better word old and worn. My grandaughter and I at least once a year spend a couple of days at hotels at or near Disneyland and go to the park. My granddaughter (8 years old) said she did not want to stay there again.

Review 23：Booking.com booked the wrong room. Gave us a kids suite, awkward floor plan, Bathroom outdated. cleanliness of bathroom will turn us away from booking in the future. On second day switched rooms staff put us in a different kids suite, after an hour wait we finally got a king suite cleanliness of bathroom was the same as the first. Definitely not up to Hyatt standards at other locations.

Review 25：The only thing I wish they had was some basic "loaner" sports equipment. A couple basketballs and maybe some tennis rackets and balls for the courts on the third floor.

Review 26：Overall an outstanding place to stay. My wife and I stayed here with our 4 and 6 year old while visiting Disneyland. The room was clean and comfortable, all of our needs were attended to quickly, and everyone we talked to on the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was great!

Review 27：The bathroom was not cleaned properly. When we arrived the floor was dirty and even through the whole trip, they did not clean it. I also found dirty towels behind the stand in the bathroom. The fridge didn't work and we had a hard time getting additional towels.

Review 29：Having to pay for Wi-Fi after one day was something I didn't expect. It was $10.00 a day but after a few days, that adds up.

Review 31：The only thing that bothered me was the rules about smoking as far away from the motel as possible, not a comfortable feeling when you are treated like you have the plague. They really should have a designated area with seating, shade and ashtrays to keep everyone comfortable.

Review 32：Very clean and the kid room was amazing. It had a door dividing the two rooms and our older kids in their teens loved the bunkbeds the most.

Review 33：Everything cost money. I need a small frig for baby milk and they wanted $50 fee for it. So ridiculous when the frig itself only cost <$100. I debated on changing hotel after 1st day and receptionist finally decided to give me for free.

Review 47：From the moment I pulled up to the front door, the valet people were courteous, the front desk people were friendly and helpful. While walking through the hotel lobby the housekeeping staff were friendly and smiled. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.It was a great one day stay.

Review 48：If you are not planning to visit Disneyland or OC in particular than the location is not the best. The front desk staff are very variable, on check-in the agent was professient but did not make any eye contact as if she was making a point not to, while on checkout another agent was very approachable and talkative. In the hotel business such a variability is not consistent quality service. In-room HDTV did not feature any HD channels and most channels were not so clear. Many common cable channels were not available (food network, history etc) In-room coffee perculator was too warn out. No In-room mini fridge. The Iron was old (the steam oriffices were blocked by salty/white sandy material). In-room arm chair was not so comfy.

Review 49：Location is great when considering Disneyland and OC. Harbor and Katella ave. Have most of what you want and need (restaurants, fast food, gas stations etc). Ask for a room in the south tower facing the Disney park (you can get a good view of the 930pm fireworks)
