Reviews for Floreal Blankenberge
Review 1:Strange smell in rooms, breakfast - egg boiler on both days not working properly. little choice at breakfast.
Review 2:It was in a fantastic location for work, large room, very quiet location, dinner food tasty
Review 3:The room was shabby and there was sand residue on the carpet--had it been vacuumed before my arrival?Worse of all though, was the noise from the family above me,whose children were running and kicking a ball on the floor immediately above, causing me to pull the hair out of my head! They had no consideration whatsoever for other guests.
Review 4:Breakfasts were quite good and consisted of a decent choice of food. Not a bad location.
Review 5:Breakfast very very poor
Review 6:Breakfast was cool; very close to the sea
Review 7:The room was very spacious and clean
Review 8:The food and the schows
Review 9:Nothing apart from the weather outwith control of Floreal.
Review 10:proximity to promenade and Tram Stop. Food, Entertainment . Room was very good
Review 11:Breakfast is awful. Poor choice, unfriendly staff in restaurant. Cleaning staff is lazy and rude. All information in the hotel is in Flemish and French. No English at all. Balcony isn’t private – common for several rooms separated by some flowers. Deck chair on balcony is broken. Pillows – nightmare. Вed linen is old, with holes. Towels - with rusty spots. Wi-fi is available in the lobby and halls, but it is very stuffy there. Bad service for this money.
Review 12:location
Review 13:As aforementioned, too holiday camp style for a British traveller!
Review 14:The hotel served its purpose for our requirements. This however is a basic Travelodge type hotel, with an entertainment programme, which for a family or elderly couple, would be great. The restaurants served good food, but the layout, was very holiday camp style, and reminded us of very much of a pontinental type hotel. It is not the type of hotel we would normally use, but was perfectly adequate. The staff are absolutely superb and nothing is too much trouble, that is a real bonus and should be congratulated in its own right.
Review 15:No swimming pool; 'tea-room' restaurant closes kitchen quite early, at 20:00, and their ice-cream was too huge ;)
Review 16:Spacious, comfortable, many activities and entertainment.
Review 17:Extremely hot in the room. And it was not possible to regulate, except opening the window : not very ecological. Breakfast was just "ok".
Review 18:Room was clean and big. Balcony. Big bathroom. It was pleasant to see other families in this hotel, and there was a party at the bar on saturday evening.
Review 19:I travelled with two children and there were activities for them. They loved the mini golf and the play area. There was lots of space for them to run. The restaurant offers children's portions which is good. The shower had two levels for the spray which is also excellent for children. We had a good stay even if it was only for one night.
Review 20:The people who were catering during the symposium of te VLOV (especially the one responsable for the space where the standholders were staying) was very unfriendly and rude.
Review 21:All a bit overwhelming. Too organised and monolithic.
Review 22:Reasonable location; helpful staff; good bike facilities.
Review 23:Decor! More suited to a Hospital! Was there a glut of yellow and green paint?
Review 24:Location.
Review 25:Absence of sjampoo. Do not prefer combo sjampoo soap.
Review 26:The cleanliness and organisation
Review 27:The interior. No atmosphere. Terrible breakfast room. The beds werenarrow and not made up properly. Blankets are too old.
Review 28:The spacious room
