Review 1：An electrical switch is located in the bathroom, right beside the shower. I'm surprised that it was built that way. It shouldn't have been allowed, by electrical code. Water and electricity are a dangerous combination.

Review 5：After seeing lackluster reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The room was clean and spacious, if a little dated. Definitely good for the price I paid (<$40).
Review 6：As the saying goes "You get what you pay for"....holds more than true for this motel. Not family friendly at all. It is more of a pass through stop over for tired truck drivers, one night stops. From the moment of check-in, I knew it would be an "adventure." I was traveling with 16 y.o. daughter and two 14 y.o. boys for a weekend softball tournament. The room was very basic but looked and felt dirty. We all slept in our clothes on top of our own blanket using our own pillows as the bedding had hairs and was very wrinkled. The bathroom looked moldy and was dirty. There also seemed to be transients or loners hanging around. My son was approached by a man we had seen hanging around since our arrival. He tried to coax him to come with him. Uh....creepy! We survived our two nights but I know we will NEVER stay here again!!
Review 7：But it was not even worth the cheap price. In the morning all of our food was covered with gazillions of ants so we had to throw it away.

Review 9：Though everything in the room worked, the installation of the kitchen cabinets and electrical conduits showed signs of very poor workmanship. Also, the bathroom had a shower and toilet only; the kitchen sink did double duty for a bathroom sink, too. Not a big problem, just a bit odd.
Review 10：The check-in was quick and staff was cheerful, even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was large with king bed, small dining table, television, small kitchen, full size refrigerator, small stove, and free wi-fi. The location of the hotel on St. George Blvd was very convenient for our overnight stay enroute to points north.

Review 22：At 8:00 a.m. there was almost nothing to eat, even if the breakfast should have been until 9:00 a.m. No one of the staff was there and we could not ask something more to eat.....we saw a child arriving with her mom: he was very sad to discover that he could not have his breakfast. This kind of events shoudn't happen!
Review 23：The pool was dirty. Hot tub looked really bad like it hasn't worked in years, empty and rusty.
Review 24：Great for the price. Nice staff. The hotel could use a better make-over, it looks like someone tried doing it cheaply (and it shows) I don't like to write bad reviews unless they are really bad. This wasn't horrible, it did the trick of letting us rest and doing it very cheap. A/C worked great. Breakfast was too early for us and ehhh didn't sound great compared to some restaurants. I don't mind paying less for a room and having money to go out to nicer restaurants and shopping.
Review 25：The temperature in St George is very hot. The day we stayed was102 F.
Review 26：The employees are very nice and friendly. When I don't know how to use the shower nozzle and asked for the employee's help, he came with me to the room immediately. A very kind man. The price is very cheap, the room we ordered is just 39.02 with taxes. Plus it even includes breakfast.

Maid kind and happy to bring fresh towels. Stayed for 2 nights, then camped locally. Stayed for another 1 night before heading off. Staff offered help with gear, with anything. Had a fridge and micro in room, breakfast is offered, but I don't eat breakfast. I would stay again when passing through.

Review 52：We arrived late and found that the bathroom light didn't work. Didn't worry to much about it. Then found bed light didn't work. Bathroom doorknob broke and my son was stuck in there. Tried to call front desk with no answer. I finally got him out. Then in the morning the room above us started leaking sewer water into our room like a waterfall. We packed up quick and got out. Guy at the front desk didn't seem to care. Offered my 10% refund so I got $3.50 back. Would not ever stay there again.

Review 54：Three things. Not to big a deal. 1. The shower faucet needed to be replaced. 2. The TV remote didn't work but TV isn't high on my agenda. 3. I was up early and went outside there was a shady looking character standing on the sidewalk using his smart phone on their WiFi. I never do sensitive things on a public system but it seemed strange. After he saw me he left.

Review 56：paper thin walls, missing outlet plates, bathroom door would not close and was falling apart, curtains would not close properly and there was a huge gap between the entrance door and the door jam we had to cover with blankets to keep the outside away, we booked for two nights and canceled the second night .

Review 68：There is mold growing in this hotel! Dont do it. And the Staff doesnt even care. I told them I was going to contact the city and they said "go ahead and do whatever you want". The carpet was soaking wet in half of the room, when you hit 0 on the phone it called a different hotel, the staff was very unhelpful, the first room they put us in was very dirty and very smokey, the second room they put us in had mold, all of the pullows were different, the bed was hard, nothing matched in the room it was a hodge-podge of everthing just to throw a room together. Trust me, i'm not a picky guy and neither is my wife, but take my word on this one, sleep in your car or out on the asphalt, you wont end up with a pulmonary fungal disease and it will probably be much cleaner

Review 70：The kitchen had absolutely no cooking utensils or dishes. No way to cook or heat water. Only one sink for both kitchen and bathroom. No clock anywhere. The free breakfast was pathetic.

Plug-ins aweful,lighting horrible, bathroom door broken, crumbs in the corners, fridge aweful, airconditioning didnt work great, t.v. Channels were fuzzy, sink had dead flies on it. Over-all didnt feel safe. Felt nothing was clean in room.

Review 74：Everything. My bathroom had mold. The entire room wasn't even clean, the kitchen had sticky stains and crumbs. The light bulbs were gone. There were boogers on the walls. Everything was so outdated and gross.

Review 76：No one ate the breakfast because there was only two kinds of cereal. Orange punch instead of orange juice. Worst of all was the condition of the unit. The front door in 132 had the paint peeling off. The bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The tile in the bathroom was missing the grout. Repairs of the tile were poorly done. Black mold was in the shower and on the floor by the tub. The towel rack by the sink was broken off of the wall. I will not go back here again.
Review 77：Dirty, even the sheets were dirty, smelled bad, broken shutters, broken door, light bulbs missing, light fixtures broken, just overall filthy. Wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

Review 80：The management, Pedro & Marbella are excellent. They are friendly and capable and go out of their way to assist. The rooms have good beds and it was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. In general, the rooms were quite clean and several remodeling updates were apparent.

Review 91：This was the worst room I've ever had. It was dirty. The cabinet doors were falling off. The refrigerator handle was missing. Refrigerator so dirty that we wouldn't put food in it. The microwave was filthy. Dirt in the bath tub. Electrical outlets didn't have covers on them. Very strong smoke smell. We got our money back and went to another hotel.

Hot tub was not filled/working you can hear the people in the room next door if you are in the bathroom since the fan and the water are loud--thin walls most of the light fixtures didn't work

Review 111：The fridge handle was broken, the drawers were broken, the walls had dirt on them, the door was filthy, the mattress was very hard. The bathroom was wall was peeling. It was very dirty. I will not stay there again.
Review 112：Flimsy material based shower curtain caused a flood in the bathroom. The sink was coming up off the counter when using the faucet that you had to pull up on the handle to turn the water on. The microwave would not work but we sorted out that one of the plugs was not functional. (they brought us an extension cord) The refrigerator had a high pitch noise. The light on the ceiling had no cover. Breakfast was fruit loops or cheerios coffee milk and a cheap pastry. The hot tub was not working

Review 114：The room had an overwhelming smell of smoke, even if it was a non-smoking room. The smell was so strong that it impregnated all of our clothes even after we left the motel. The room was not clean. Everything was old, dirty and the walls of the bathroom were falling apart. There was also mold in the bathtub. Breakfast is only coffee and two types of cheerios cereal. I do not recommend this motel if you want a good night rest.
Review 115：The place is pretty old and smells like a mixture of smoke and toilet cleaning products when you walk in. The biggest issue and one that I cannot accept as a traveller is that I got bitten by bed bugs. I therefore advise anyone considering this place to stay elsewhere. There are many, many other options in St George. This might be the cheapest, but the price of getting bitten by bed bugs is a too high price to pay.

Review 122：Good price and worth staying when you just need a place to sleep and store your things. We were gone early morning to late night, so it was adequate. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in the room are handy.

Review 126：The staff was very unfriendly. The room appeared clean at first, just looked very old. The chairs were stained, there was a hole in the wall, the shower handle was stuck and my husband was the only one who could turn it on. Once the shower was on, the temperature couldn't be controlled and the handle had to be removed to fix it. The sheets didn't fit the beds and the slightest movement caused them to come off of the mattress.

Review 132：The AC was awful. It ran all night at the coldest it could go and it was still blazing hot in our room. It was actually cooler outside at 5 in the morning than in our room. St. George is a hot, hot place, so it being so hot in our room we left extra early because we couldn't sleep.

Review 137：I booked my stay at the end of July and the air conditioner in both our rooms did not work. We turned them on when we checked in and left, returned to our rooms hours later after the sin had gone down and the rooms still felt like a sauna. The good news is we were able to get a refund back for the remaining night we didn't use. I would not recommend any one to stay here during summer.
