Review 1：Definitely not worth the price. When we got to our room we found that some of the lights didn't work and others flickered the whole time they were on. Also, very very inconvenient to have to go all the way back to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain and towels..never stayed at a hotel that required you to do so.

Review 2：The parking was limited due to the location being in close proximity to the hospital. It would have been helpful to know this motel was especially for families of hospital patients. But the staff were very accommodating. Also the bed was not comfortable.

Review 3：The staff welcomed us and gave us all the pertinent information. This was our first stay at this motel. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessities for a long stay. We were only there one night. It was convenient for the purpose of our visit. The room temp was just right.

Review 5：The location was great because my husband was having surgery at St. Vincent's and they allowed our dog to stay. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Review 6：The receptionist held up registration as would not put phone on hold. So we waited as did the two clients ahead of us. The welcoming area was poor as staff were hauling laundry in and out of a room adjacent to the registration desk; the access to the elevator was cramped; breakfast was very poor. We found a backpack and some papers in the room upon entering - from previous clients, therefore had to request a new room, and although staff very apologetic, it was not a comfortable situation

Review 11：When we arrived the clerk checking us in was uninterested, unengaged, yawning, and really quite rude. The first day our room was finally cleaned after 7:00 pm. The second day it was never straightened up and we didn't even get clean towels for the next day. When we talked to the clerk (the same one from the evening of our check-in) she was unapologetic, rude and dismissive. Our room was never straightened and we had to use wet and used towels the next morning. That is unacceptable. We would probably not stay here again.

Review 16：Jeremy was an excellent host. Took care of us with finding an excellent steakhouse and calling a cab. Very quiet and clean.

Review 17：Poor selection for breakfast - at Riversage Great Falls, Yoghurt and fruit were also offered. Made for a more rounded breakfast for people who don't want to overload completely on carbs.

Review 19：The staff could use some people skills. The lady at check in was 'ok'. When we checked out, I handed the guy the room keys, he then took a phone call, left the desk, returned ignoring me. I had to ask if I was finished checking out. The curtain in the room was 4 - 5 inches from closing all the way. Had to use hair clips to keep them shut. The tub drained very slowly. Didn't get a chance to report it at check out since we were ignored.

Review 29：Our room was on the second floor end of the hall not by the elevator or ice machine awesome or so we thought. We stayed for a week. Problem,when we checked in so did a group of young adults,I use the term adults loosely. Slamming doors, loud conversations, running up and down the hallway,usually after ten o'clock. They were there all week.Not good if you are there for hospital care. Complained numerous times to no avail. In short,stay there,but when you check in make sure there are no young groups on your floor.
