Review 1：Half of the rooms have exterior "motel-style" entrances. No way to tell that from the photos.

Review 2：Close to the interstate, recently updated, good breakfast buffet, & a good value.

Review 3：The beds were lumpy and pillows flat. The toilet kept overflowing and we were given a plunger, no maintenance person came to check it out. The pool was closed while we were there but we weren't notified before we booked. We killed a couple cockroaches. The maids didn't clean the rooms but only replaced the towels daily. I went to the front desk at 2am and the only thing the receptionist could say was "sorry". We checked out early and went to another hotel.

Review 5：The staff are very unfriendly. At check in they took my credit card and my driver license and made copies. Very suspiciously took them to another room. The next day at check out they would not give me a receipt until I insisted. The manager said booking.com would send me a receipt to my e-mail, which I know after using booking.com this is not how it works. The hotel charged my card while I was there and I was entitled to a receipt which I ended up getting but not without ruining the beginning of our day. Just over trying to get a receipt for paying for a room we stayed in. It was ridiculous!

Review 6：The lady that was doing the breakfast was ever rude anyways consule running out of food had to wait over 25 minutes for gravy for biscuits because they was out was very busy the lady that was running it seemed very overwhelmed like she couldn't handle it.the rooms need to be updated. Looked old and ran down.

Review 11：Room was very dirty! Old bathroom fixtures were very low to the ground and the bathtub was very slick and dangerous!! The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom and the front desk said it was silent! I was lied to of course! Will never stay there again and will never recommend it to anyone

Review 12：Reserved a king room, with a couch hideaway bed. Upon checkin, front desk could not confirm that the king room had a couch bed, stating they have no way of knowing which rooms have couches and which ones don't. Luckily, we got to our room and there was a couch. No sheets for couch pull out bed in room, when I asked the front desk, the lady had no clue where they were or could not access them. Advertised a heated pool, thus the reason for staying here, although pool was indoor, it was not heated, it was still locked after it was supposed to be open, and it was glass sliding doors in the walls (which was still open in 40 degree weather) so the pool was cold. Hot tub was nice and warm with the exception of about a pint of sand (or more literally) in the bottom of it. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean and comfy, updated!

Review 24：We arrived around midnight, had to wait half an hour for a room that we knew was available through what seemed like a great deal through Booking.com because the rude receptionist claimed he had to wait for a fax to arrive with the confirmation of our reservation (we were told the following morning that waiting for a fax was unnecessary.) Once we had the room, it was dirty despite at first glance appearing normal-- with a plastic tube of "ORGASMIX" lube next to the bed, something that looked like part of a sausage casing next to the floor lamp, and hair on the bottom of the bathtub and bathroom floor, complete with a dead battery in the smoke detector which made it beep incessantly. After calling the front desk and waiting another 20 minutes, we were moved to the next room which had a heating/AC unit that emitted a burnt plastic/hair(?) smell, but was otherwise okay. Everything but the lobby was obviously dated and not maintained well, as though stuck in time with few improvements, including the indoor pool area. I am still waiting for some kind of resolution from the hotel for this chaotic stay.

Since I am allergic to the odor of many strong soaps, I was very pleased that sheets and towels were free of fragrances. Review 41：The inside of the rooms looked like they either needed to be remodeled or they were in the middle of remodeling. I did expect a little more with the price but all in all it was an ok stay.

I have to go back down to askfor a new one she was so great and nice and tells us she'll upgradeto a 'remodeled' room (yeah right). Have to take all our stuffback downstairs to the 1st floor get there can hear the toilet runningfrom down the hall extremely loud and it wouldn't stop the lightsdon't work and there was dead cockaroaches on the floor (dads a pestcontrol inspector) the ladies were lovely again had to look at anotherroom with them there and that one was bad too, finally the 4th room wasokish. Later going to bed pulled down covers and there was crusty yellowstains very disgusting!!! They didn't offer any discount or anythingfor this nightmare and that's only part of it. Our experienceoverall was so bad not only will we never come back to stay we mostlikely will never come back to Springfield again
